Syndicate Bank — transaction was made wrong from phonepe app

I made a wrong transaction through phonepe app and then again I contact to customer support from phonepe, they told that complaint and raise a charge bank for the transaction and went to bank but they told they cannot do anything and again I contact to phonepe customer care, they told to complaint in consumer complaint you will get back credited to my account.
