Syndicate Bank — transferred 10000 rs to friends syndicate bank account thru my account but money not added to her account even after transaction being s

On 8th jan i transferd rs 10000 to ali sayada my friend with account number [protected] in syndicate bank chholas branch thru upi bhim app. The upi reference no was[protected]. Transaction was successful first and then reversed by syndicate bank (No one has a answer as to why it was reversed.. And more importantly when transaction was reversed the amount was was not credited back to my account) but on 9th jan paytm claims they got confirmation from syndicate bank that the transaction is successful and that amount is being credited to ali sayada account but the money is not credit to recivers account as the bank states and nor credited back to my (Sender's) ac. Pls help asap
