Syngenta — Misbehave and also no response from your employee

As I bought your product syngenta spray and did proper on wheat by following all instructions but result is nill after 20 days. As I called your employee of syngenta company they said we are unable to visit at farm because I think they are the employees of private shops not employee of syngenta company. As I have bill of your product and they said me to talk at shop from where you have purchased. As I am resident of talwandi sabo and I bought from talwandi sabo, now what is my fault. In future I will not purchase syngenta and also suggest friend circle not to use this product because your employees have no time and misbehaved on phone. Kindly reshuffle your staff as they are now employees of private shops not of syngenta. Now I will approach consumer court due to worse affect of your pesticide. I have bill also
