I have bought a Syska Hair dyer from White O mart show room, Sreekandapuram, Kannur District, Kerala-670632(Phone:[protected] on 19th Sep 2020. As it is not working I have complained to the shop And submit the dyer and its warranty card for servicing on 25 th Feb 2021. It is around one month that the complaint hs not rectified. when I contacted to the shop they are saying it is due to some tools are not avialable. It is very bad to know that the servicing is delaying this much. Please do necessary actions to rectify my complaint and to obtain my hair dyer repaired immediately.

    I have sent 3 led bulb for replacement in the month of Nov. but I recvd 1 led bulb, regarding this I regstrd complaint vide complaint no. EC01102168 and From last 4 month they are saying sir we will sending u rest of the product but till date I ddnt receive rest of the product, yesterday they mail me and saying we received only 1 bulb from ur side so we can't do anything, sir pls look into the matter and do needful bcoz they are doing u fair trade practice.

      Hello Team,

      Reference number : RVCCR2102RVS00214
      My power bank was purchased from Flipkart and received the product on 16th of Aug 2020 and on same date I received the email for my warranty which says warranty starts from 16th of August 2020 and still i can view that 4 days still remaining for warranty to get expired.
      I sent the email on 5th of feb raising the issue of my power bank not charging but they registered my complaint on 10th feb . When i got a call they asked me to send all the details regarding invoice, product pictures and when sent they informed me that my warranty has been expired. when asked the reason they are considering the warranty from the order date i purchased the product from Flipkart but not considering the email which they sent me for warranty period. I cannot understand this because how in the world can warranty start on my purchase date? if so why did they even share me a PDF of warranty that was starting on 16th of august. When i made them understand nobody is taking it seriously and all the employees who had a word with me says the same thing. I need a solution for my problem. If the company is claiming to consider the order date as warranty then they should not send any emails regarding the warranty and need to mention same thing on flipkart.

      I need a replacement for my not working product. Lost a faith in this brand. pathetic customer service.

      Issue is resolved. But still i do not understand the warranty system kept in Syska. I will think twice before buying this brand.

        We MAA TARA DISTRIBUTION, Silchar Assam is facing problem with your company Manager and Sales Team they never visits nor address any customer complaints what for they are recruited by your company I don't know moreover there are rumours that rather than doing company job they are spoiling the company reputation by directly dealing with customer and selling products at rates of their own wish.
        Please take necessary action against them at the earliest before it's too late.

            I have registered a complaint for an under warranty Trimmer Complaint No. "RVSRN2012RVS00703".
            First of all registering the complaint itself is a tedious job(website didn't let me do it). I called the customer support they registered my address wrong.
            Its been over 15 days since i registered my complaint the pickup was late but they received the product back on 26th Dec, but haven't updated me on the status of the complaint and the customer support services never give a satisfactory response. I haven't received my product back although its been more than two weeks since pickup.
            JUST THE WORST AFTER SALE SERVICES.

              I have complaint request no RVCCR2012RDB00004 with syska to repair my trimmer which is in warranty period. Request was placed 12 days before(Dec-1).. Since then No call or status has been provided to me. Whenever I call on customer care number, they just give me assurance to update me earliest but haven't get a chance in 12 days to update me. They do not give me any resolution date or how much progress they have made in order to repair/pick my not working trimmer.

                  Complaint dated 18 Oct 2020. Complaint ID 2734548. Somehow link has been broken on follow up action on the complaint. The Toll free number given is non-functional.
                  Syska Gadget Secure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Since 01 May 2020 when I first complained, there has been only perfunctory response from the company and company has made no effort to resolve the issue. There toll-free number is non-functional. It would be best to avoid this company and its products!

                    I had purchased a HT 500 Trimmer on 30 Apr 20. On 01 May I filed a complaint that HT 500 Battery after full charging was working for about 8 minutes against 40 minutes claimed. One Yamini N replied 'Dear Customer,

                                    I bought Syska Trimmer from Flipkart which came with warranty of 1 year and an external warranty of 1 year after Product Registration on Syska website, I tried more than 10 time every time there was an error and when i filed a mail regarding my problem, they replied and asked to contact on there customer care number and customer care asked to write a mail regarding my problem, This cycle is repeated 4-5 times now
