[Resolved]  T-Kameez — Shipping problem

I ordered these tshirts as a gift for my relative.
I clearly mentioned the shipping address as "bengaluru (Banglore)"
And you guys send me this to nagpur.
I spent 120/- rs for sending this to banglore by speed post and you also took 49/- rs as shipping charges.
I want refund for the charges taken from me and money that i spent too.

Updated by ndate48 I had a problem with tkameez, they mailed me about the same on 20-02. I sent them all the details but till now no action has been taken out till today 21-02
VERY VERY bad mistake by tkameez.
#41514 Action not taken 24 hours is done bad customer service and satisfaction. Refund my order shipping charger as ASAP as you sent it VERY VERY different address.

I ordered 2 tees on t-kameez.com then i got payment info as mail. After paying amount online i didn't get any order confirmation as well as any msg as order is dispatched. I tried to contact to the help line no they provided in the mail then it routed to some other person. Get me my order or else give me my money back.

I meetraj rathod had ordered a product of order ID:- 51415.
I have not recieved any refund but have been given a pickup receipt no:- S[protected]/TKAMEEZ-DFS(51415).
Kindly refund my payment as early as possible.

Mane ek tee order ki ti jo abhi tak nahi aai mane online payment v kar di thi .
Mere paise kase return hoga ya tee fir se aaega
