This is to inform you that booking for 1 no. Maruti Ertiga Tour CNG car was placed with your Mayapuri / Naraina Branch through your manager Mr. Prabhat Jha vide NEFT transfer of Rs.7, 50, 000/- (Ref no.SDC[protected] dt. 10/10/2020.
Mr.Jha promised to deliver the car on 11/10/2020. But on the 11th he informed us that the car supposed to be delivered was accidental and hence a new car will be delivered on the 13th. But again he failed in his promise. Since the said car was meant for commercial purposes and the purpose was defeated as we could not give it to our client on promised date. We told him to cancel the booking & refund the amount. Again for refund he promised us 3-4 days of time. But again he failed. Now every day he makes a promise but fails. From today he had stopped taking our calls.
Should I escalate the issue with Maruti India and make this a legal issue.
I want the refund on immediate basis unless we will be forced to follow it with Maruti and legal routes
