It's been more than 20 days since I purchased the car but they didn't upload the documents on Parivahan. Despite having multiple follow-up, still there is no progress. Staff is very lethargic and not interested in responding messages after selling vehicle. I would strongly not recommend anyone to buy car from T R Sawhney Vishal Enclave showroom.

I am nakesh jain.i purchased a car from u fronx I have complaints that my tyre is burst while running on road and my purchase is only two month old and my running of my car is only 650 km .I complained it on ur service station for a month but no response is from ur side please do the needful I am attaching the document regarding this (good year tyre)pH [protected]

I gave my car Maruti Baleno Zeta CNG DL12CW1248 for repair, under insurance, to M/s T R Sawhney Motors workshop situated at B-19, Mayapuri, New Delhi on 06.12.2023. They promised me to return the car after repair in a weeks time. But the car was returned to me after 11 days. I was forced to hire cab for extra four days for which I spent Rs.4000/- extra. The workshop never updated status of the car repair. I was constrained to call workshop...

I am getting Unnecessary Calls regarding services & insurance from T.R. Sawhney Motors Main Wazirabad Road Delhi almost every alternate days.

Several time I told that please don't call, but to no effect.
Today ie 18/9/2023 at around 1545 hrs. again I got a call from [protected] names Ms. Khushi, she is forcing to do my car insurance from them, I told her I have done my Insurance, she said from where you got your Insurance. I simply told her that this is none of your business & i think its not mandatory to tell you about the same. She rudely replied It means you have not done any Insurance. then I told her I am coming at Showroom & meet you personally then I will speak to you. The way she replied is horrible she said come " I will see you".
This is the way of talking to the customer.

I purchased Maruti Brezza from TR Sawhney on 14 Dec 2021 and paid for Extended warranty, however, TR sawhney is asking to purchase extended warranty again as the warranty details are updated in their system.
I paid rs 17280 for extended warranty and they are asking for another 22562 for warranty.

This is cheating and I need this to be resolved asap.

I had sent my car for service at T R Sawheny Motors Sahibabad from Faridabad on 17th April, apart from service it also had some dent paint work for which i had taken insurance claim. T R sawhney Motors had committed to deliver the car to me on Friday 21st April. The insurance was approved on Wednesday, we had received the message.. but even after that the car remained standing in the workshop, the work did not start. The work started on thursday friday then they told me that the car will be delivered on saturday by 5-6 pm. On calling on Saturday, I came to know that the car has just been painted.. On calling, everyone gives different excuses.. Sunil ji (Manager) says something, Ashok Dwivedi ji (Advisor) says something, calling staff Every time I called Srishti Mishra, she was told that sir, I am giving updates now, after that she never called again.
Chanchal Chowdhary (calling person) who offer us you will get 30-50% discount on service. She blocked our phone number. NO discount was given by T R sawheny moters. The discount was applied which is our pervious coupons of last service.
Finally we were committed to deliver the car by 12 noon on sunday even after that the car was delivered at 3:30 pm..
Just because they did not deliver my car timely they discounted me 1000 rs extra but i refuse to take extra discount and pay all the amount which was mention in the bill..
Now after delivering the car there is a lot of noise in the cabin and the back camera is not working. I was Calling since sunday they are saying that will come on tuesday to fix it no one has come yet.

Is this a way to Harassment your customers.
I am totally disappointed with T R sawheny moters.
I will not maintain any relationship with T R sawheny moters in future.

It’s been over a month since I bought Grand Vitara HR98 H1038 and my nexa rewards points have not been updated on the app. I paid Rs. 885 for it. I’ve contacted the Nexa TR Sahwney, Sect 29, Gurgaon, Haryana showroom many times about it.

Please let me know when it’ll be updated?

Also the amount showing on my fastag account is 200 although I paid 600 for it? Please refund the remaining Rs. 400

My wagon r July 2021 purchased registration number UP14EU8395 .
My car's right front shocker got leaked because of that my tyre got flat . I visited to 3-4 local macanics all they told me that your shocker need to replace. Then I came to t r sawhney Mohan Nagar work shop on 11 Feb 2023 . Mr. Anurag was there he told me that you have to service your car first than we consider about shocker . I agreed for sevice next day he gave me bill of rs 7613 and I paid after that he told me no need to change the shocker so we didn't change. shocker is ok from our side . I cheated by Mr. Anurag because I go there to change my shocker but they charged rs7613 and result is zero . Then I speak to Mr. Deepak Gm sevice but no result at all . Whole staff talking in same language.they are money minded they think about company only they don't care about customers . They need to learn some manners to talk with their customers. After paid the whole amount I came back to home but not satisfied. My car was under warranty that's why they didn't change my shocker. If I ready to pay they're ready to change. Very bad service very bad experience

he was over drunk and hit my car from backside and presented his maruti id proof and visiting card kindly favour me for the same and compensate

I gave a token for pre owned car at your Gurguon outlet CRPF camp Gurguon road I was not able to book the car as my loan was getting delayed, I was following up with Manager Manoj and he kept on directing me to his employee Devender, today when I called Devender to inform him that my loan was taking time and need be I will take another car he misbehaved with me and used abusive language and told me will now we will not give you any car .I asked for refund he told me it will take 15 days
It’s not a matter of 5000 off money but the way the staff behaves with the customers.I will strongly take it up with Maruti and Mr Rahul sawhney

I purchased a insurance policy from t. r. sahney maruti suzuki insurance company like i purchased previous policy from the same company and they promised me that they will send original policy papers and discount coupons to me through courier like they used to do every year I purchased the policy but it was not sent this time even after so many reminders. I asked so many times but no one bothered to give any feedback.it's been 20 days yet I have't received the courier. This is not such a tough and big job that it is taking so much time. I don't understand what's happening.and everytime I have to ask what's the issue. Even than there is no feedback no reply at all. I am a old customer of your company.This is not acceptable. Waiting for your reply!

I have renewed an renewal insurance policy from Go digit general insurance Ltd. Policy no.D[protected] for change in name of owner and the address and I have also submitted my orginal R.C. as proof.
But the correction was not completed by your side my address is spelt wrong.
Please correct it as soon as possible

Amount of insurance told on the 1st day and the insurance given on the delivery date was 7000 less.. they cheated and cancelled the deal. Don't buy from here.

I have paid for my car insurance but still don't get my papers

This is my second visit last time I told them that giar are not working but they do nothing and now again I am telling them buy they refused to listen me and argue with me. If it is continue and not change my car giar box then will go to govt authority for the same.

T R Sawhney Motors services its very bad. 2nd and 3rd services is very poor.

Booked wagon r cng on 02/08/21 from t r schwnay meerut showroom delhiroad by name sharad shrivastava and given committment of its delivery on 13/08/21 but failed to do so creating inconvenience to me and i suffered loss of my business working day.

This is to bring into the companies notice about the serious inconvenience caused to me (Maqsood Ali Malik) . I booked the personal car (Alto) on 11-april-2021 and my payment got disbursed on 16-june-2021 from axis bank of rs 346800. On the same day I paid the rest of the amount rs 1lac to the Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD Rajouri Garden New Delhi-110027. I was briefed that my car will be delivered on 21-June-2021. On 21st june i was waiting for the dealer's call for my new car's delivery but unfortunately there was no response from the agent or company, so I called the agent about my car and the agent told me to wait for the next 10 days. After 10 days there was again no response from the agent and I made a call to the Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD, but they told me that my car had been delivered back on 21-June-2021 to the customer (Maqsood Ali Malik) but I had nowhere abouts of my new car. They were briefing me that records show that the car was delivered to mr. Maqsood Ali Malik. I told them that I have not received a car and they told me to wait for some time so they will check the delivery of the car. After some time they shared the information about the car like Invoice(16/VSL/[protected] and TCR (DL2021-TR-6751B) etc. and added that my booked car is in a workshop and had met with an accident on 21st-june-2021. Then the company told me that they will repair my accidental car within 45 days and will deliver the same repaired car which I strongly denied. And when I was asking them to deliver me a brand new car they were just making excuses. Like this there were many excuses every day and i was reminding them everyday about my new car updates. Finally I have listed some questions that were carried out without my knowledge as mentioned below.

1) If the company had delivered my new car to the agent, why did not the company inform me?
2) If my new car had an accident, why didn't the company inform me?
3) if the accident date was 21-june-2021 according to them, how they had insurance on my (Maqsood Ali Malik) name on the same day and I had no information regarding the matter.
4) If the accidental car is in the workshop, how did they claim insurance (Car Engine No. F8DN6528572) on my (Mr Maqsood Ali Malik) behalf without bringing in my notice.

So due to this frustration I complained this matter to TEAM MARUTI with complaint reference number [protected] and I was called by Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD. urging me to take my complaint back and assuring me that they will give me the same repaired car with some compensation and asked them to give me in writing since the company has become trustless for me. And there was no response.
Finding no response, no solution I had come to complain in the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with docket number 2837416. So I am requesting the sir to work on my matter as soon as possible. Till date I have not received a car.
