As advised, I contacted Mr Kapil in T R Sawhney and sent Policy copy and Rc on his what's app no as well as on Mail who assured me on 14th June, 2019 to sent the Amendment in Insurance policy valid till 3rd August, 2019 but inspite of making several phone calls on 15th June, 2019(which are not answered), I have till date not received amendment in Insurance policy wrongly issued.

They do not respond or take calls once you pay them
pathetic service
I had payed for Insurance renewal and ask to update my correct address in policy
neither the policy nor the call received from their staff
Now they are not even picking up my calls
