T. R. Sawhney Motors — regarding delivery of car

I booked a new car on 16.10.9 car exchange delivered on same date but still i m waiting for confirmation of new car, at time of deal car they promised me about delivery of car on (Dhanteras) dated 25.10.19 after they promised on diwali 27.10.19.
Please answer me that when will this problem resolved or you will refund the amount.
