T. R. Sawhney Motors — Substandard, delay work, fool and false commitment

I gave my XL6 Car UP15ES 6549 at Nexa TR Sawhney Delhi Road Meerut on 18 Jan 2026 after my car met an accident.

Unfortunately I have to deal such unprofessional maruit Suzuki staff, Mr Vir sing, Mr Dhermedre and Mr Karan to work on car.

Due to that my seat would have damaged

I have complaint twice on toll free no [protected].

Bhoot kahana ka baad 28 jan2026 se work chalu hua aur jo bhi work unhona kiya all work was substandard. I had to tell them again and again there is this and that fault but no result till date

Nexa T R Sawhney, Delhi Road Rithani Meerut have no infrastructure and staff to work properly every where Mesh and smell badly

Going Back to this episode on 4dec 2025 I visited showroom to get my Front Glass change after being damaged in incident.

Mr Karan said Glass is not in stock within 10day it will come and we will change. After 45 days chasing he said on 17jan 2026 glass has come and we will change on 19 Jan 2026.

Unfortunately I met an accident on 17 jan 2026 and I gave my car to Nexa TR Sawhney Meerut

Due to NEGLIGENCE OF TR Sawhney Sevice rithani delhi road, meerut, i will have to bear cost of glass.

They commit daily to deliver car, call me to pick car and result no work done and still they have not give car till date 6-2-2026.

Daily I have to go for my work taking Cab or transport making me financial and mentally tortured
Now i feel its my hard luck that i have given car to T R Sawhney Service Meerut and worried that they might be changing car parts.

Please do the needful as early as possible
