Dear sir,

I am dinesh shokeen and i had a very horrifying incident with tr sawhney automobiles pvt. Ltd. I booked my pearl white ciaz alpha on 29th june 2017 and paid the full amount on 30th june 2017. They promised me to deliver the car on 3rd july 2017 but they did not fulfill their any of the commitment. They forced me to pay an extra amount of rs65000 for registration of my car but i refused to pay (My registration was supposed to be done on 30th june 2017 as promised by manager on the day i paid the full amount but they didn't get it till 3rd july2017 and then on 4th july 2017 there was hike in price of registration but it was not me who delayed the registration of my vehicle it was their fault and they wanted me to pay for that). Then they promised me to deliver my car on 5th july 2017 but they again break their commitment and didn't received my call for 2 days. Then on 7th july 2017 they finally receive my call and told me that my car was stuck in transit and promised me that my car will be delivered to me on 9th july 2017 at 11.00 am. Then on 9th july. I visited the dealership at 11.00 am as said by the senior relationship manager and then again they said that i have to wait till 5.30 pm for my car because its stuck somewhere in between their process. Around 5.00pm finally they gave me the car delivery. At showroom i noticed burr in my car left side rear fender paint and displaced fitment of bumper. I told them that its damaged. But they assured me that its not damaged its a normal burr. It occurs when they paint the car at maruti plant and told me that its not our fault its manufacturing defect from maruti suzuki and it can be easily fixed and told me to come after 1-2 days they will put some rubbing cream on it and it will be fixed. I agreed with their assurance and took the car with me at home. The very next day morning 10th july 2017 i went to local painters and dealerships and asked about that paint. They checked the car and told me that the car was damaged and then dealership repaired and repainted the whole part. I gave a call on nexa complaint helpline and filed a complaint againt dealership and got a complaint number (Nx[protected]) around 10am. After that i contacted the dealership and got a very rude reply. Their senior manager told me that now we have sold the car to you and now its not our problem. If you want any further process go to consumer court and please don't call us in future for this issue. Then i gave an application against dealership at nearby police station and went to the district court for further process. At court the official mechanical investigation officer checked the car and confirmed that the car is repaired and repainted from right side back fender. This was the worst experience i ever had with any dealership in my life. I never thought that such a reputed brand like maruti and its premium dealership nexa will give me such experience. The complaint which i filed at nexa helpline have given me no response. The officials at dealership are giving me life threats on call. (Mr. Hemant juneja, mr. Sawhney, mr. Bhardwaj, ms pooja, ms priya kapoor) the whole staff is extremly rude and instead of helping me they are giving me threats. Sir i am fed up with this routine from last 4 days. I am a middle class working man and i cannot face such people by my own. This is a total fraud case. These guys have taken 11 lakh rupees for a new car but what i got is a damaged old vehicle and harrasment and as a common man 11 lakh is a big deal for me. Ciaz was a dream car for me now they have spoiled my dream completely and my enthusiasm for my new car. I have lost all my hopes and have been harassed a lot from nexa staff members daily. I dont think that maruti suzuki will ever agree to such people who degrade their brand name like this. We are also proceeding for registration of criminal case against the authorities u/s 420/406/506/34 ipc and we also came to know now that these guys are habitual offender and like this way they have cheated many clients. It is also pertinent to mention here that at show room on 9th july when they delivered the said car, we noticed and objected regarding repair and repaint but they said it's maruti company default you come after one or two days we will do it clear. These facts can be checked from their cctv footage as we were indicating this fault and staff present at show room have touched the same part, which was damaged and repainted. Therefore you are also requested to take a strict action against these cheaters.

With the intimation as same will be helpful during trial of criminal case. Also check their record how many clients have made such type of complaints.

In my consumer court case T R Sawhney Motors Pvt Ltd found guilty for selling/tried to sell re painted cars instead on brand new one.
Court impose plenty 40000 for harassment and 8000 for litigation.
And refund complainant amount 147500 deposited as down payment on 7.4.14.

I'm ready to go State Commission Delhi for appeal. If my court case decision help you then I'm always ready to help you brother.

    We are three members namely freshman sukwani, chart diseja and kartik banerjee learning driving at maruti driving school, ip branch timing 1-2 pm. The driving school is boiling due to non functioning of acs. We are taking theory n simulator classes and it is becoming next to impossible to learn in such an atmosphere. They should have informed us that it is non-ac branch. Even the simulator software is not working. The staff is saying that they are helpless. What is the fun of having simulator classes when it is not functioning properly.in such an extreme weather, how such a reputed company, who have take huge amount can respond like this. It is quite ridiculous. It is requested to take immediate necessary action or refund our money. Not even a single ac is functioning. Kindly expedite n take immediate remedial action.

      It is rather unfortunate that the goo[censored]p created by employees of insurance department of TR Sahwney has placed the reputation of TR Sawhney Motors low in my eyes. I had no fault yet I had to suffer unnecessarily. The insurance premium paid by me though debited from my account immediately, was not paid to ICICI Lombard by it. T R Sawhmey is authorised dealer of Maruti and also does the work as a broker on insurance issues has not fulfilled...

      T. R. Sawhney ki services bahut cheap hain, ye customers ke saath cheat karte hain, mujhse insurance renew karne ke liye cheque icici ki jagha t. R. Sawhney ke name par le lia or cheque clear ho gaya and inhone mujhe by post insurance policy ki hard copy bhej di. Par inhone icici ko payement nahi ki and jab next month meri car ka accident hua to pata laga ki form 64 clear nahi hai, isliye mujhe meri car nahi mil sakti, ab me 1 month se daily t. R. Sawhney me daily call kar raha hu and ye daily mujhse 2-4 din ka time maangte hain kabhi kehte hain next week ho jaayega but ab 1 month tak bhi mera insurance clear nahi hua, ye log bahut fraud hain payement kha jaate hain or fake offline insurance copy customers ko bhej dete hain jiska record icici me bhi nahi hota, so plsss everybody help me, bass aap sabko itna karna hai ki kabhi bhi koi t.         Maine apni car ka 2nd isurance karwaya tha T.R Sawhney 508, functional industrial estate, patparganj se, 13 feb 2017 ko jiske papers hardcopy abhi tak mujhe recive nahi hue h or jis agent se deal hui thi usnka name neha h jo ki ab mera phn bhi pic nahi kar rahi h unka no. h [protected] ye h ab mera phn bhi pic nahi kar rahi inse meri do din pehle baat hui thi or usse pehle bhi tab se ye sirf yeh bol rahi thi ki ek do din m papers aapko mil jaayenge but abhi tak mujhe papers recive nahi hue h unhne mujhe papers mail to kar diye the but orignals abhi tak nahi mile. Ya to jaldi se jaldi meri car k insuranse k originals hardcopy paper bhijwa dijiye ya fir mera money mujhe wapas bhejiye...

          I called Rajouri showroom no. To identify Mayapuri service centre contact person. I got Mr. MAYANK no's and from their Ms. SONIA no's. I shared my celerio 1967 details for pick and drop and clearly told about balancing/alignment coupon and 500 off on labor coupons which was accepted to her as insurance was provided by T.R.Sawhney Shalini (another complaint registered for polish commitment). I told her that I received offer of free engine oil worth Rs. 1400 from DD and free car petrol worth Rs. 300 from Rana mtra as offer, so asked for some discount, she denied for engine oil but said 10% extra discount could be offered to me on paid labour charges. So I agreed and mentioned my address for pick up.
          Next morning pick up boy came up and took the vehicle. Later after reaching service centre they called me about details of charges which would occur and said either one out of balancing/alignment or 500 off coupons could be offered at one time. So I discussed that it was never told previous day and also while discussing about 10% labour discount they denied which was committed earlier and informed to me to confirm whether to perform servicing or return back the car. Very unhuman behaviour in realized and later they said you can avail free coupons benefits only.
          I said yes but somehow next time its No from my side for T.R. for insurance and servicing.
          One more point I checked with delivery boy after delivery that one sticker was missing from front glass over phone, he said it might be previous service sticker or else, BUT HEARD THAT SOMEONE FROM BEHIND USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WHY THE HELL U R EATING HEAD...IN RETURN I ASKED DELIVERY BOY TO WHICH HE REPLIED HE IS SAYING TO SOMEONE ELSE NOT YOU, VERY UNUSUAL AS THEY SHOULD MAINTAIN DISTANCE FROM SUCH PEOPLE WHILE SPEAKING WITH CLIENT.

            My Car policy renewal date on 19 OCT 16, T R Sawhney motor (Shalni) continued call me for renewal policy, , , i did payment on 16 OCT and ask to sent me hard copy for the same .. and after all process no body answerning my call from T R sawney, i tried to call Insurance head of T R sawhney but no showroom guys give me correct information SO i requested to block T R Sawhney to authorized maruti to provide wrong commitment to customer and all staf are irritating .

              Sir,

              I had purchased a new Car Model Swift(o) from your rajouri Garden Show Room
              through your marketing Executive Mr. Shailender on 22/06/2016. During Deal I was told that Maruti has been giving a Scratch Card benefit to their customers. In the process scratch Card amount Rs. 2000/- was due to me which has not been paid to me as yet. I am in constant touch of your Executive Ms. Sarika but no proper reply is being given to me. I therefore request you to look into the matter and let me my scratch card amount without any further delay other-wise I have no option but to escalate the matter at other channels. Needless to mention here that as per information
              given by your executive Ms. Sarika they have already got approval from Maruti.

              I trust that the amount will be given to me without any further delay.

                My sister mrs manjushree mazumdar had booked a k10 vxi model through t r sawhney motors e260 amar colony lajpat nagar 4 new delhi 110024. I have made all payments and signed all documents and was about take physical delivery of the car when she noticed a dent on the back right hand side door. We have requested for a replacement of the vehicle as we do not want to take delivery of a repaired brand new car. The dealer has stated that he can either dent and paint the car at his cost or replace the car door at his cost. We are unable to accept any such solution as such a solution is buying a defective car.
                The identification details of the car is as follows chassis no. 254316 engine no. 1950440 this is to request your good offices to take appropriate action to replace the car without any defects as soon as possible. We were buying the car on my sister's birthday on 12 august and i would wish that she gets the new car (Replaced) before that date.
                The excuse that the dealer is giving that the car has been registered etc. If that is the case, the dealer may buy back the car from my sister and replace it with a new car at their own cost please. I am not responsible for the dealer damaging the car at his premises before delivery

                The dealer is in touch with me and is trying to thrust upon the car by offering to change the door stating that the car cannot be replaced s it has already been registered. The solution to this issue is that the dealer / maruti buys back the car from me and replaces the it with a new car that is not damaged.

                  I am the owner o[censored]P 14CN 3375.Insurance of vehicle expired on 30.03.16. I was contacted by Divya from your office to get it renewed. I gave cheque which was cleared on 23.3.16. I received a call on 25.3 saying that my chq has bounced. I gave them proof of debit from my side.. Now situstion was that i was calling them daily and they never bothered to revert back. They didn't even bothered to send my policy on time. After i called them several times, policy was delivered on 05.04.16, that is six days after expiry..
                  They even promised to deliver free washing coupons and a glass cleaner. With policy they could deliver only washing coupons and not glass cleaner as promised.
                  My submission is if something happened to vehicle during these days, who would have borne the financial implications. Second are you training ur staff to lure the customers by offering gift and backing out after cheque is cleared. Your staff is behaving as they are going to deal with customers for the last time...
                  Apart ftom Divya i even talked to her senior Mr Sachin. Even he was not interested in my problem...
                  It was only i gave told them to complain if my policy is not delivered, they thought of delivering it on 5, april.
                  I want you to initiate proceedings against erroring official, who caused avoidable inconvenience and mental agony to me. You are requested to keep me informed on development in this matter. If i dont hear from you then i will think o[censored]sing alternate channel.

I hand the car on 8th no and true value executive will close you loan on 16 nov due to dewali festival. But till date i am not getting any update Plz take i quickly action.

                        I had bought a car from Indraprastha from true value, of REGN. NO: DL8CNB3701. It has been fifteen days and I have not got delivery letter yet. The manager, Rohit, Manoj and Ankit(who work under Rohit) didn't receive calls, I have tried a lot of time. Please provide me the delivery letter of this car as soon as possible else I have to take some LEGAL ACTION. And any damage or mis-happening to the car is purely company's responsibility. Average is not more than 15 KMPL in any conditions after all tested & test drive taken by your Engineer’s numbers of time. 2. Engine voice to much in gear & not in gear, continues knocking sound not giving satisfaction in any manner looks like we start Tata 407. 3. Humming, knocking & hissing sound in engine. 4. Steering sound on full left & right cutting. 5. All fitting are loose & making sound in side & outside. 6. Engine is too much dirty with dust & oil. 7. Car paint look very low quality, no shinning & there is no finishing like a new car, it look refurnish/repainted car bill to me. 9. Even no improvement after protective top body coating & protective under body coating wide your invoice no-BR 14002107 dated[protected] & customer ID No-[protected] for the same amount of Rs.5526/-duly paid in cash same day. 10. Number plate car fitting out & not proper install in car from day one. 11. As Maruti advertise & claim that this is no 1 car among all Maruti models /other manufacture of cars in India. As company claim also at the time of sale. 12. Most important is that car give feeling that we are driving old & used car May be used of substandard part. Beside that we are earlier owner of your Maruti 800 UP-14 -9777 in my father’s name Mr. Alok Gupta, successfully we enjoyed the car. 13. Wipers blade are loose & water through is not proper 14. A/c cooling is not proper. 15. Blower’s noise is too much on high speed. 16. Indicator & head light Assembly makes sound while indicating & deeper time. 17. At the time use back gear it not work smoothly. 18. And so many other technical faults in this car that you know better than us. Please do not ignore all above fault & requested to look my genuine complaint & solve without any further delay. Because feel myself that I cheated.                             Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the poor service quality and handling of customers at T R Sawhney Service station. I sent my Desire for servicing on 15th of June and paid Rs 7900 for the same. On 16th June, the car was not getting started neither on petrol nor on CNG and on the way I was stuck due to that. I sent the car back to service station on 17th of June and complaint about the same. The service man named "Sumit"was not able to identify the problem and on 18th June they responsed back saying that car is getting start on petrol and not on CNG and they are sending my car to their CNG service station in Badli. Today morning the service man said that we can come and take our car back. Once my driver reached their they said that it is not yet rectified and they will send it to local technician near by for rectifying the CNG problem and will give us the no invoice for the same. When I raised concern about the same to the Manager "Mr.Sanjay", he spoke to be so rudely and harassed me. Is this the way you treat your customers. This is not the first bad experience with Sawhney service station. The service man kept are even bad then local service stations. What kind of people you allow them to hire. No one even see what is happening at service station. I work on Gurgaon and going to my office daily by Cab and have spent another Rs 10, 000. I have taken this car from TR Sawhney Lajapt Nagar Amar colony showroom itself. My car is still at the Vaishali service station. I need you to kindly look into the same and I want the manager and technician to apologise for the unacceptable language. Also would like you to take a strict action against Sanjay and Sumit.                               we bought a swift VDI on last Friday 13-6-14 a new brand but he sold the old car this car alrady sold to pawan kumar R/o samaypur delhi on dated 23-5-14 with odo meeter reading 50km and service and owner name book fill to customer record so i called to customer phone for information so he told me this car is full scratched on door and diggi and bounate, dashbord but this car sold me on date 13-6-14 with odo meter reading 88km so i ask this question why so he told me this car pick by road so this reading showing and when we deal the car so this showroom DGM told the executive take a undertaking for no warranty n garranty after sold but we did not gave the undertaking we compalint the maruti customer care with SR no [protected].

                                Hi, This is really sad to inform you that your service with dealing with costumers is really bad and disrespectful, Because am really disappointed with the action i had to face today due to one of your Customer facing executive (Sabir Ali, Location- lajpat nagar). for making my point clear, i would like you to describe the complete scenario . Some day back i had a meeting with Mr. Sabir Ali regarding purchase of wagon R Vxi, as i am looking to buy a new car these days, during meeting every thing was fine, and we ended the meeting saying i will get back to you soon, Since i wanted to do some market survey by my own. After that i started getting calls almost twice a day, regarding what am planning to do next about purchasing of car, infact MR SABIR ALI himself almost called me every day asking about what am doing and what am planning about the car and every time i said as you know that right now am doing some survey of my own about the car and i will get back to you ASAP as i make my mind of buying car from you.(Please note getting some many calls so frequent was really disturbing, unprofessional but still i said nothing, NOW I THINK HOW WRONG I WAS. ). Today I again got call from your showroom again asking the same thing and i again said i will talk to you soon and after lunch time at around 3:00 P:M i called MR SABIR ALI BECAUSE AFTER THINKING SO MUCH I THOUGHT OF BUYING CAR FROM YOU ..I CALLED HIM AND I GAVE MY INTRODUCTION FIRST AND THEN I WAS ABOUT TO PROCEED WITH THE MATTER HE STARTED SHOUTING, USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE (NOT CONSIDERING THAT AM CUSTOMER AND MOST IMPORTANTLY AM A FEMALE) and during that he said " aapse bahut baat ho chuki hai ab yahan call mat karna kabhi". and then he hung up the call. Now, You tell me IS THIS THE WAY YOU WELCOME YOUR CUSTOMER ?? IS THIS THE PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE ??? Am really sorry to say here but i feel disgusted, that i even thought of buying car from you from now onwards i will never ever will even think of buying car from any of your showroom and i will not suggest any of my friend or colleague to have a look there (NEVER) and I will surely will drag this matter to the court under the case of misbehaviour and abusement .

                                  I want to draw your kind attention towards the irresponsible and unsatisfactory behavior of T.R. Sawhney Showroom of Maruti , Indraprastha. I booked Maruti Ertiga Vxi ABS on 22/4/2012 by giving Rs 20000 and sales manger of TR Sawhney promised to deliver car within 1 month but the concerned person failed to deliver me the car on the due date.
                                  And after 1 month one of their sale person refuse that they will failed to deliver Ertiga vxi Abs as Maruti Suzuki India is not producing Ertiga Vxi ABS but if we drop Ertiga Vxi Abs and purchase Ertiga vxi then they will going to deliever the car on immediate payment . Then on 15 june 2012 TR Sawhney pvt ltd took full payment of car by cheque and promised to deliver as soon as cheque will going to pass but even after getting full payment they didn’t deliver car and he again promised me to deliver the car between 25th of June to 30th June and also committee it in written as well. But again he failed to give me the delivery of the car.
                                  many promises from dealers for just booking and after booking they will be away from you - pathetic dealers

                                    This is to bring to your notice that the employees working at TR Swahney Motors Amar Colony branch are too rude and they don't have the ethics and soft skills to speak to people. There is no co-ordination amounst the staff.I bought Swift Desire on 1st Oct and got the RC of the car in the month of March after several reminders. The day i got the RC i came to know that the RC is incomplete as they didn't registered the CNG fuel option in the RC which they were aware about since the begining.Then yesterday i got the call from their executive Mr.Nitin to visit the Loni Road Authority at 10 am to get the RC including CNG details and he has given me the name & contact details of their respective person. Today morning , i called the concerned person and request him to be present there on time as i need to go to my office in Gurgaon.When i reached the authority , i called the concerned person "Mr.Rahul". He said that he is not there and will come in 5 minutes. I waited for him for half an hour and again called him but he disconnected my call and didn't respond.He didn't even had the basic skills to speak to people properly. I called customer care department at Amar Colony branch to look into the same but there was no action taken by them.I requested them to send my RC as it is difficult for me to travel again and again to the authority which is of one hour distance from my residence. This is a request if you can help me to get my car RC ASAP. I am also working in the service industry and i know how to behave with people.This is not the first time it happened. Few months back , i sent my car for first servicing to their badli pur branch. They said that they will deliver the same at my place and didn't allow my driver to pick up the same.When their driver came to my house in the evening, i was shocked seeing the condition of my car. He has bangged my car and there were scratches and dents on it. There drivers didn't even know how to drive. They have spolied my new car. I am writing this as the way they behaved with me today was unaccepatable.
