T24 Mobile — barring outgoing service even when having sufficient balance

I am using t24 number since 2015 and had sufficent balnce it in (Rs560) till today but my outgoing services have been barred. Contacting customer care numbers is of no help since almost waiting for gettign connected for 45 minutes and then getting standard replies about monthly recharge policy.
Previoulsy i had recharged with lifetime validy recharge of 1100 rs in 2016. I even top up recharge two months back of rs 100.
Today the balance id 560 min but why call barrign on lifetime validy rechrge.

Sim got deactivated, since i have no network i cant make calls to the service center.
Would like assistance to how to get it reactivated.

Please activate my T24 number.This number was previously used and now i have to use it as many friends have this number
I retrieved my son after a long time at it says it is out of grace state now
