[Resolved]  T24 Mobile — False charges

The company has deducted the core balance on my number without informing me or letting me know the charges. On inquiring, the have said false charges. On researching further they have not mentioned of these charges anywhere in their guide booklet, online site, or any other place. On 1st Dec. 2015 through 2nd Dec. 2015. I had the Internet data available for my number but they still deducuted my core balance showing false charges around Rs.100 I hope you look forward to this matter and help the consumer get its rights retained. Thank You.
