T24 Mobile — lost mobile having t 24 sim card

Block t 24 sim card as it is lost from mangrulpir on 28 november.. Should i provide you the mobile number. I am worried that someone may misuse it hence want to block the number as soon as possible.. Your customer care number is also not working, there fore see to it that you respond faster.. Am i suppose to disclose the number to be blocked in this complaint.. See that some service provider mail me and help me to do this..

Without any prior intimation my sim card no. Got deactivated. Its been more than 3 months since, i recharge it. After this i tried to recharge my no.No messege was given regarding this sudden inactivation. What can be done to activate my no. As soon as possible so that i may make calls.
