T24 Mobile — National MNP for my T24 no [protected]

Dear Sir, I had generated a request for my mobile no [protected] which was taken in Surat for NMNP from Gujrat circle to to Durgapur, West Bengal. For this I submitted all the related proofs & documents to Big Bazar, at City Center, Durgapur to Mr. Satish upto his satisfaction along with Rs. 70, during end of November 2015. But to my utter surprise today when I enquired I found out that my request was closed due to Time Out. The T24 service desk told me that no documents were submitted.
