My son boarded a taxi from Shivaji park to Vile parle east. The meter reading showed Rs 521 which is Rs 300-250 higher than the usual fares. Taxi registration details not aailble but Driver name is Waris Ali O Wahid Ali with payment handle q[protected]@ybl
