+[protected] This person has promised a Nexon for 08/01/23 to 13/01/23. From Dehradun airport to airport. Travel to Haridwar Rishikesh Mussorie . We paid advance . But on arrival without informing he sent a sedan. We refused to travel in that. He has yet to refund the money ns also not responding. Request you to take action

    On 20/07/2022 between 11.30 PM at Kashish Park, Thane, vehicle no MH 01 BD 5343 hit my brother's bike and ran away. My brother has been injured in it. Action should be taken against the driver.

        Much regret to inform you that, Mr. Sanjib Show who is a CAB Driver(PHNO:[protected] Car -No:WB23D8830)residing in Same building where I and my old father are staying(5, Vidyasagar Sarani, ”RENUKABHAWAN”KOLKATA-700063).Mr.Sanjib Show is doing some illegal activities always which I have notice and a few months before(on 26.05.2021)he was reacting violently(destroying my all flowers vases)upon me and also used some filthy languages for which I have lodged complained(G.D.E No.405)thereafter(G.D.E.No.672)in Haridevpur P.S. against him(Mr.Sanjib Show) .The person Mr. Sanjib Show using filthy languages and threatening in a rowdy manner for which myself along with my father are very much anxious & afraid on our peaceful life.My father is a Cardiac Patient and very recently PPM was implanted for which, he was strictly medically advise for bed rest and under treatment.

        Therefore, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and take a necessary action at the earliest.

          Dear sir,

          I have booked tab cab on 19/10/2017,
          The bill was rs.1434/- was in intention to pay the bill by balance with tab cab (Rs.312/-) and balance in card or cash but your driver was not in position to listen only.
          As said he will not get single peny as its not booked online. And insisted for cash in middle of night. Saying what ever you want to do or want to call any one do it but will not accept payment through cash, luckily i was having cash so paid,

          But my balance with you is still unused for me... Take necessary action for the same and arrange for my cash.

            I and my mother were waiting for taxi at crawford market main round about for almost 25 minutes with 4 big shopping bags and asked nearly 15 to 20 cabs but none were willing to come.
            There was this 1 taxi guy who was so rude that he pushed me and my bags and told us to get off the cab. (Attaching pic of his taxi number)
            Kindly do the needful...

              Hello,

              I boarded a cab from mumbai airport to vashi (Navi mumbai) on 22nd july 2017. Google map shows the distance to be apprx 23km. The taxi driver handed me over the receipt of 700+taxes, with distance of 25km.

              Their rate is 22/km. So bill should be 550+taxes. No explanation given. I requested the bill by mail and i got the bill amount to be 700 (Including taxes), distance of 30.2km.

              All fraud. I request action against the fraud company

                As per our conversation that i want to attach my car u hv given me the cont details of mr ajit singh [protected] and to attach the car witb this person. Ajit singh given me the ref of mr. Jay rawal (Rawal and shukla enterprise) [protected]. I attached my car in the month of december 2016 to cater the jet airways crew members. They committed with 2holidays and payment after 45days. But in the month of feb whn i asked for advance they were supposed to tell me that 10%interest will be charged if they give me amt but for wht shld i give i m asking for my moneymy billiing was around 1lac and i was asking for 15000 for my emi but they didnt gave me after 3month they gave me the payment and unnecessary they cut out my 6000as a penalty. I told that why u cut my pe alty they r supposed to tell me that go and ask for tabcab, siddhika travels..
                Why should i ask for.. Same thing happens with me with jan billing my car get an accident in the month of jan 13midnight 1.30am at surat highway. My car was in garage till february. I inform the supervisors accident r not made by me it is the thing that happen at any time. They told ok no issues. Now they send me the mis of january they cut off my 9000/-as a penalty. Whn i ask them than they told me ask tabcab and wht pr[censored] have that car met with an accident. I hv surat police complain letter than i hv insurance complaints registered letter than i hv garage bills what else u want. Everytime u will cut off my money by sayng that penalty and ask to tabcab. I hv not done anything in dec billing but if i doesn't get my full money for january billing than i going to complain in consumer forum. I hv complain in national consumers online services i[censored] will not resolve my complaint within 48hours i hv to take something strict action against u. I know 9000/-doesnt matters for u but it is very important for is because after giving driver and diesel this is the money from which we r pay the emi.
                So pls resolve my query

                  My sister from usa took a taxicab from the international airport Mh01BM1535. The driver I guess was driving for the first time. He took her in the opp direction southwards instead of North. She was unaware of Mumbai roads When she looked up she saw 'to worli' written so she stopped and asked him to take u turn. After that I guided them all the way at regular intervals. The driver had no clue where goregaon was situated in Mumbai . He was paid the amount he deserved for goregaon but his meter indicated higher as he had driven opp direction. When he followed her home, I told him to get the police and that we will sort in front of police. He waited outside for sometime and left All the private cab companies claim that they check the driver's credentials and that they are experienced. This driver neither knew the way nor did he know how to drive.

                  She took Tabcab from Mumbai International airport to reach Goregaon. But the driver Mr Ansari, drove in the opposite direction towards churchgate .They had almost reached bandra when she saw the board"To worli" and asked him to change direction.Why are such trainee drivers employed?

                    TABCAB Company Vehicle Registration number MH 01 BD 5288 driven by Shravan Kumar (Mobile no - 91-[protected]) hit our car (Honda City ZX reg # MH 02 BJ 1099) at the rear door on 14/12/2015 at 4 pm. This incident happened when we were taking a right turn on the Eastern Express Highway while going to Thane(East) from Govandi (East) near the Anand Dighe Entrance gate. The driver instead of slowing down continued at the same speed and hit our vehicle on the left hand side rear door thereby severely damaging our vehicle.(PHOTOS ENCLOSED) . After the hit the driver sped away before we came out of our car. The cab driver name was traced as we noted the Cab registration. We were directed by the traffic cop on the spot to Navghar Police Station where we lodged FIR # 225 (PHOTO COPY ENCLOSED). The police contacted him from the Police Station on his Mobile number and he pretended to be crying and assured them to come to the Police Station. However he did not turn up at all. We were waiting for him till 8.00 p.m. CABTAB company also did not cooperate and said that the matter is between us and the Cab Driver. We have then deposited the car at Honda Service center where the estimated repair cost was quoted as Rs.65000/- As the car model was more than 5 years old the Insurance company will only pay 50% of the damages after providing for depreciation. We therefore seek the balance Rs.32500/- as compensation from the said Cab Driver whose error has resulted in these damages apart from physical and mental agony to all the family members present in the car during that event.

                      I had booked a cab from mumbai airport on 2nd sept morning. As soon as I boarded the cab and moved outside airport onto western express highway, driver proposed to take a longer route to my home. When I refused, he threatened me to drop at the highway and said do whatever you want and parked car at one side of highway. When I called your call center, I was told that they will immediately call up driver and take care of situation but they didn't call back. By the time driver asked me to get out of his cab and ran away. It was raining heavily, but fortunately I found an auto rickshaw in some time. When I called up your customer care again, they said they have counseled the driver and he is coming back to pick you to which I said I have already taken an auto and will not wait, to which I was said as you wish. When I said I want refund of 80 rs paid at airport for parking fees, I was told that since we don't have a refund process, we cannot give you the money back. Now I have following questions - 1) how can you keep my money for a service not renderred to me? 2) how can you ask the same driver to pick me up again when he has been demonstrating erratic behaviour and could have harmed me after picking up again. 3) how can my complain be taken so casually that for 10 min I didn't get a call back and I was sitting in his cab getting myself mocked? 4) it has been 4 days since I complained and no senior person from tab cab has tried to contact me and answer the refund query.                         Booked cab from Mumbai airport TabCab counter on 29/04/2015 at 7:49 AM. Ta CAb representative on the counter gave me a TabCab boarding pass. I went outside waited for 10 minutes and ghen tried to call the driver. The driver number was switched off and cab did not arrive! After waiting for 30 minutes, I took cool cab to reach my destination as I was gettign late for an important meeting. I called them and asked for refund. They refused to give me refund saying that they dont have any process to refund. I paid 80 Rs as advance at the counter. I need refund. If refund is not possible, I want adjustment in my next ride. I have the original TabCab boarding pass given to me at the airport. Please see attached. I logged complaint on their website, awaiting response for this complaint. Reference number - CC10094749 I don't understand how can they allot me a cab which is not confirmed by the driver. His cell was switched off, it is still switched off when I am writing this complain.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have purchased a new car Alto 800 VXI from Raj Sneh at Garh Road Meerut on 26 Mar'2015. They have charged so much of extra money. This is so ridiculous. Firstly, they charged Ex- Showroom Price 3, 28, 670 which is 2, 92, 293 as per the bill. Secondly, they charged 13, 782 as insurance money which is again 12, 591 as per the insurance paper. I an sending you all the proofs of paper. Thirdly, they charged Registration charges 27, 955 which should be around 23, 000 as it is 8% of Ex-Showroom price as per my knowledge. Fourthly, they charged 4, 750 as handling charges which they should not as they are already included in Ex- Showroom price. Fifthly, they charged 4, 000 as 4 years warranty which they did not disclose at the time of purchase. Later when we recieved the bill and asked, them they said " its from Maruti Suzuki side without which we cannot sell the car" which i know is false. Maruti Suzuki is not providing any warranty for 4 years. Sixthly, on my first service(which i took on 27 April, 2015) which should be free they gave me the estimate of 2800 which included change of ac filter and one two other things which is absolutely not required. And u tell me Does a new car just driven 600 kms need not to get its ac filter changed? Oviously not. So kindly look into the matter at the earnest. Hope for a Positive Response.

                          I booked 2 Tabcab taxi's from Mumbai domestic airport on 22nd Aug'2014 via booking no: X[protected] and X[protected]. Taxi no: MH01BD6170 and MH01BD6448 were booked for me respectively. Both the taxi's started at same time from airport via same route and reached Thane at same time. To my surprise, former (MH01BD6170) taxi's fare was 717 rs and latter (MH01BD6448) taxi's fare was 870 rs. I was in former taxi and my father was in latter one. I paid mine and he paid his taxi fare. On reaching home, when he told me the fare i was surprised. I immediately called up customer care and inquired about this large difference. I was told that latter taxi was tabcab gold for which driver had to pay you 12% discount on fare. But i told them that i got no discount and i also had receipt with me on which discount was not mentioned. They registered a complaint for this fraud viz. complaint no: CC10056679. I was told that i will get a response from concerned team within 24 hours. I received no response till 4th Sep'14. I called customer care on 4th Sep'14 at 1:28pm to know the status. They told me that their system is not working and i will get a call back in 15mins. I received no call and then called them back on 5th Sep'14 at 12:18pm. This time i was told that by executive Andrea that my complaint is still under review. I asked her to connect me to supervisor or share escalation matrix. She denied both. I insisted her to give me one then she kept me on hold for 15mins and connected to supervisor Gaurav Sharma. He told me that i will get a call back in 24hours. I asked him to give me escalation matrix and he also denied. I am being charged by my mobile provider for calling them and to be on hold so who will pay this money. He simply said "I Apolozise". His apologies will not pay my bill. I want Tabcab to pay me a compensation of all the problems i have faced because of this. They should refund my extra money charged and a penalty of Rs 10000 for wasting my time in followups. Thanks, Nitin Garg (+91) [protected]

                            I had booked a tab cab on 30th of July for pick up from Thane to Mumbai Domestic air port at 5am. There was no driver contact details provided. Further when i called up for this, they sent me driver's number at 5:20am. Finally driver arrived at 5:50am & I reached airport at 6:26am. My boarding was scheduled at 6:20am. So I had to miss my flight & pay INR 3000 extra for next flight. Also I missed a most important meeting. When i called back for this, they registered a complaint & later said that they wont repeat this. I have paid money from my pocket & there is no response from their side. I almost call them every day but no proper response. As per them, there is no policy to reimburse the money. In such a case, dont they have policy of showing on time?Also dont they have policy of informing customer when cab doesnt show on time? they missed out on both these things.                               On 3rd June 2014 I had BOOKED TAXI Domestic Airport for 5:40 am (Booking No:-[protected]). After Confirming Cab 24 hours prior there was no communication on the part of TAB CAB. After calling them there was a SMS Confirmation at 6:00 am giving us the details of the driver and cab. Further adding to problems the TAB CAB driver was not picking up the phone. Another TAB CAB Driver's number was given who responded to our call. But the Driver was far away from my residence. I had to take a Local Cab for Airport because of the poor service from TAB Cab. Apart from this there was neither Apology nor any follow up from TAB Cab for their poor Service. So I Recommend, never to book for TAB Cab.

                                I had booked a taxi on 02 Jun 2014 for airport drop at 0700 hrs on 03 Jun 2014 vide Request no: A[protected]. The taxi never arrived on time and we had to rush for alternate arrangement to reach airport in time. Somehow we could just manage to reach airport and catch the flight. The last minute fiasco due to unprofessional and unethical business malpractice of Tabcab is highly deplorable.
                                They need to improve a lot to remain in business...

                                I booked a tab cab for drop to a local hotel (8hrs prior via the mobile app) and to my horror they call me 15 mins before the departure time that they cannot allot a cab till another 30mins, to which i said it's ok & don't mind waiting 30mins. But the worst was that even after 30mins there was no cab assigned & upon calling them they said 'we are sorry, no cabs available' I WOULD NEVER AGAIN BOOK A TAB CAB.

                                  I had booked a Tab Cab at the airport specifically asking for a NORMAL cab and not a premium cab. I had checked twice and I was told that the cab will be a normal cab. When I waited for 20 minutes for the cab to my shock it was a premium cab. I immediately called back and I was then given a normal cab. I had to waste 40 minutes for change of cab and for new cab to arrive. After all this I could only leave the airport at around 11.40 resulting in a night time charge to me. On this the driver started fighting and shouting loudly at my building complex and started completely misbehaving. He also dared to snech my bag. what was worse was that even after making so many phone calls to your call centre, no one could understand the trouble and no one could take any decision. I had to pay the full amount including night charge because their derivers are not actually drivers, they are goons. when I checked with other few colleagues I figures out that this is a normal practice by Tab Cab to get more money from the customers, their airport desk people has been trained to lie. Request everyone to refrain from using Tab Cab as you will also end up paying more one way or the other.

                                    Tab cab is by far the most unreliable fleet of taxi services that Bombay has ever seen. I have in less than 7 days faced the following issues:

                                    1. They are not punctual and will not reach on time especially if you are traveling close distance;

                                    2. More often than not they will accept a booking, promise to send you driver details 20 mins prior to the call and the same does not happen and your booking is cancelled without intimation;

                                    3. The drivers are below the prescribed age (i.e, 21 years) and drive rashly and end up meeting with a lot of accidentds;

                                    4. The call centre often does not send a msg to driver about the pick up, I had booked a cab and received the chauffeur details but when I called the driver 5 mins before my pick up time he was around 10 kms away from the location and claimed that he never received any details;

                                    5. The drivers often abuse and do not have manners to speak to the customer, I have complaint with the call centre and through emails regularly, clearly that does not help;

                                    6. I was assured this Monday that such an instance (i.e., last minute cancellation) will not happen again and the same thing happened to me today; and

                                    7. The call center refuse to transfer the line to the senior officials and pretend to not hear you. This happened to me 4 times in a row, where the minute I raised my complaint I was inaudible suddenly.

                                    This has to be the worst taxi service and serious action ought to be taken against it.

                                      Recently booked a Tab Cab 12 hours in advance from Kandivili to the International Airport.However TabCab the taxi company cancelled my booking 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
                                      The reason given is "unavailability" of cabs...surprisingly I saw a Tabcab below my house...when I went and inquired the driver informed me that if I had come 5 minutes earlier he would have taken me to the airport.
                                      Just imagine I had booked 12 hours in advance ,TabCab did not give me a booking while there was a TabCab just down my house.

                                      PLEASE DONOT BOOK A TAB CAB TAXI...IF YOU YOU HAVE TO REACH SOMEWHERE DEFINETLY AND ON TIME.

                                      I had also booked a cab 1 day prior to departure. TabCab told me that you will receive a cab details by sms by which you will go and there also will be a contact number of driver to whom you can directly contact, but on the next day at departure time (3:00PM) also I had not recived a sms nor the call from the company. I called the company upto 5-6 times to allocate the cab but the persons were telling that it will take more 30 min-more 30. or will call back you immediately etc etc. Surprisingly at 6:30PM i received sms that your cab is allocated and ... is the cab and contact number. Here I would clearly like mention that you can see upto 3 and a half hour I had to wait. would suggest to not to trust the service. If you have this much time, you can definitely enjoy waiting for the cab for this much long time.
