I had booked a Tab Cab at the airport specifically asking for a NORMAL cab and not a premium cab. I had checked twice and I was told that the cab will be a normal cab. When I waited for 20 minutes for the cab to my shock it was a premium cab. I immediately called back and I was then given a normal cab. I had to waste 40 minutes for change of cab and for new cab to arrive. After all this I could only leave the airport at around 11.40 resulting in a night time charge to me.
On this the driver started fighting and shouting loudly at my building complex and started completely misbehaving. He also dared to snech my bag. what was worse was that even after making so many phone calls to your call centre, no one could understand the trouble and no one could take any decision. I had to pay the full amount including night charge because their derivers are not actually drivers, they are goons.
when I checked with other few colleagues I figures out that this is a normal practice by Tab Cab to get more money from the customers, their airport desk people has been trained to lie. Request everyone to refrain from using Tab Cab as you will also end up paying more one way or the other.
