Big promises saying they have tie up worldwide in the biggest metro cities and promising to give always 4/5 star hotel, firstly you have to fight for the booking as whenever you ask for booking they just tell sorry dates not available or change your location and date . And after so many fights if they give also firstly they give 2/3 star property . So likewise they make us fool . Moreover our neighbor who is a manger in so called Taj resorts ( Mr Rohit ) who has made us fool and
Is part of this big scam company along with Mr Ashutosh who was involved in this to make us sell this offer .
Now when I put request to book hotel for Vancouver they again sent a regret mail saying that we don’t have tie up, please change location . As they don’t want to give the booking that’s why every time they do the same thing again and again
. It’s not happening for first time it’ happened when I requested for Gurgaon Lucknow Amritsar Mumbai like places they denied and after fighting with them they gives.but this is not a solution . We have paid money to get the services at our convenience not to change our location and regret mails .

After engaging with Taj India Resort Aka Royal Taj India Pvt Ltd and discussing my requirements, I was convinced to make an upfront payment for the services I needed. Unfortunately, after paying I read all review about them and quickly became apparent that I had fallen victim to a sophisticated scam. After 1 year I asked for 1st booking of Asia country trip and they said “no that offer is expired’ and was valid only till 1 year. When I asked where it is mentioned as you never mentioned to me. They don’t have any proof or document and still denying providing the service.
They also don’t have any tie-up with any hotel. They simply book hotel upon your request from MMT, AGODA and other site where you can book, plan your own travel effortlessly and with much cheaper price you gave to me. Also they ask for yearly AMS charge which they don’t mention during whole discussion.
I have since discovered that I am not alone in this unfortunate predicament, as numerous others have shared similar stories of being duped by this fraudulent company. We also have a whats group of all victims and ready to take legal action against them.
In conclusion, my experience with Taj India Resort Aka Royal Taj India Pvt Ltd as a cautionary tale. Don’t buy their membership at any cost else you will regret. They take help of their friend and relative to give 5-star rating in social platform, also they have bought google paid membership where they delete all negative feedback about the company and post fake positive reviews. In YT also if you write anythibg negative that goes off in a minute so be aware. This is big red flag.
If you get any customer care call stating they are calling from Taj resorts and would like to offer a 3 days free hotel stay voucher, pls read the reviews before falling in their trap. Once paid you will not get your money back. They are fraud and scammer and say anything to convince you to pay.
