I am writing to seek your intervention regarding a refund for a holiday membership purchased from Taj India Resorts.

Membership ID: TIR-3290
Member Names: Prince Agrawal & Susmita Mishra
Membership Amount: Rs.2, 22, 000 (Rupees Two Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Only)
Purchase Date and Offer: 6 Nights/7 Days stay at Taj India Resorts properties every year for 10 years
Despite repeated attempts and sending a written refund request (dated 31.07.2025, attached) to the company’s official address, I have not received any response or refund from Taj India Resorts for over 15 days. The company has failed to provide the promised services, nor have they initiated any communication regarding my refund request.
The membership proof and my original refund request letter shall be shared separately. This lack of response and non-refund amounts to unfair trade practice and mental harassment.
Request:
Immediate intervention for a full refund of Rs.2, 22, 000
Compensation for inconvenience and loss of trust
Directions to the company to cease such practices for future customers
I request early resolution of my grievance. Please feel free to contact me if further information or documentation is needed.
