A big fraudulent company that offered me membership in 2020 after paying Rs. 41000/- for three years. The company's website doesn't work, their employees say that either they have left the company or they don't know you and the company as well.
The toll free number is also fraud and doesn't provide any help. The customers are hopeless and don't know what to do now.
I think there are hundreds of custromers all across the country...

Sir, We have purchased Membership from Taj India Resorts in March 2023 for an amount of INR 94000/- for which Membership ID TIR-5352 was allotted to us.
We had tried to book hotel room which "we get is that we are sorry, we don't have properties at this location". They are not able to provide properties in India as well as outside India.

Sir, We have purchased Membership from Taj India Resorts in June 2022 for an amount of INR 94000/- for which Membership ID TIR-3888 was allotted to us.
We wish to avail the membership facilities by booking holidays for Manali wherein we found that suddenly No Website exist for Taj India Resort, neither the Customer care is answering to calls nor any Facebook account is depicting.

Unable to fulfill the promised services

We purchased a 25 years holiday package from Taj India resort for Rs 3 lakhs 10 thousand. We have been trying to book properties through them for 2 years now but only response which "we get is that we are sorry, we don't have properties at this location". They are not able to provide properties in India as well as outside India. It is a harassment that they have taken this huge amount of money upfront yet are unable to provide promised services. We have been mentally and financially drained following up with them and only to hear that they are apologizing & that they can't do anything about it.

I want to bring to your attention that this company is totally fraud to us. My Membership ID is TIR 2911. I have paid 55000 to then as on Nov 2021. and from last 1 year 5 times i have tried to book hotel room in different places and always they give me reply on mail sir sorry for inconvenience and we will not able to provide you hotel booking. Today[protected] i have called them for update and reception guy said don't call us. we don't provide you the services.
I want to file a case against this company and want my total refund.
They use us hard earned money and still not give any services.

I am writing to demand a full refund from Taj India Resorts due to their deceptive practices and failure to fulfill promised benefits.

Hi All,
I have taken membership in 2023 and after availing few holidays, they are not responding to email and customer support.
Please help as they keep changing terms and conditions and not interested to provide services as per membership.

Big Fraud Scam going in NCR / Booking Denied

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I recently had with your customer support people - Anurag. I had attempted to make a booking using a voucher I received, only to be denied the service. This is unacceptable, especially considering the promotional materials and assurances provided with the voucher.
Furthermore, during my interactions with your staff – Anurag, I encountered misbehavior and a lack of professionalism. It is disheartening when individuals in the hospitality industry fail to uphold basic standards of customer service.
I urge you to address these issues promptly and appropriately. Additionally, I am considering posting a negative review detailing my experience on Google Review, as well as seeking recourse through consumer court channels, which clearly he asked me to do and he doesn't care about the same as well.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously to remove such elements from your system and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future with any other clients.

Taj India Resorts - Fraud and cheats as travel agents

They get hold of people's data from grocery stores and malls. Got my data from SPAR store in MG Road, Gurgaon.
They will invite you to a fancy hotel telling you they will provide you with free vouchers. Then they will introduce you to their membership which is usually for 5 or 10 years. Where they
claim to provide 6N/7D every year. Their USP will be round trip flight ticket anywhere in Asia with accommodation.
But once you buy the membership they will deny you the tickets claiming that they have issues with the tie ups due to covid. And when you try asking for refund, they will deny it stating
policies. No REFUNDS!
They don't have any tieups and book the stays via other third party apps like Agoda and MMT. They will specifically lure you for Maldives. But later when ask them for booking, they will
ask you for approximately 50k extra per night stating all inclusive prices. I tried booking for last 2 years, but they never provide the hotels which were mentioned during the selling of the package.
Whenever someone posts a genuine review about their experience they start posting fake positive reviews. So that it gets hidden under the lot.
They'll tell you that they won't be able to provide the services.

This a fraudulent company which makes a lot of false promises which it will never keep. We live in Sector 56 Gurgaon they put their agents all around crowded places and in malls promising free movie tickets or a night stay at a local 5 star hotel to get you interested and then take your number and then call you saying that you have the chance of winning vouchers for a 3 night stay at 5 star hotel a laptop or mobile phone and a voucher for a spa.
They call you to big hotel like the Marriott or Radisson and then try to sell you their membership plans 5 years or 10 years.
Their vouchers are worthless as the hotel stay is not free you have to pay the taxes and have to pre-book it way in advance and you never win a mobile or laptop but a voucher for a jeweler.
They then give you an option of buying a 5 year or 10 year membership for which you have to pay at once and that too at the spot.
We were stupid enough to buy the 10 year membership.
With this They gave us a welcome offer of a Asia trip with 3 nights stay and flights tickets. When we try to book this holiday they deny the fligh tickets and offer flight vouchers.
They never have any destination options during tourist season.
I request all the people who were scammed by them to unite and take action against them.

After engaging with Taj India Resort Aka Royal Taj India Pvt Ltd and discussing my requirements, I was convinced to make an upfront payment for the services I needed. Unfortunately, after paying I read all review about them and quickly became apparent that I had fallen victim to a sophisticated scam. After 1 year I asked for 1st booking of Asia country trip and they said “no that offer is expired’ and was valid only till 1 year. When I asked where it is mentioned as you never mentioned to me. They don’t have any proof or document and still denying providing the service.
They also don’t have any tie-up with any hotel. They simply book hotel upon your request from MMT, AGODA and other site where you can book, plan your own travel effortlessly and with much cheaper price you gave to me. Also they ask for yearly AMS charge which they don’t mention during whole discussion.
I have since discovered that I am not alone in this unfortunate predicament, as numerous others have shared similar stories of being duped by this fraudulent company. We also have a whats group of all victims and ready to take legal action against them.
In conclusion, my experience with Taj India Resort Aka Royal Taj India Pvt Ltd as a cautionary tale. Don’t buy their membership at any cost else you will regret. They take help of their friend and relative to give 5-star rating in social platform, also they have bought google paid membership where they delete all negative feedback about the company and post fake positive reviews. I took a 10 year membership of Taj India Resorts (Royal Taj India Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) on 26 December 2021 with membership ID (TIR - 3024) after paying 1 lacs 50 thousand and INR 7, 000 per year as AMC.
Inclusions:
6N/7D holidays per year anywhere in the world with 4 and 5 star properties. 2 Adults and 2 Kids with breakfast as the standard option for all holiday nights.
They promised to give 60 nights in 10 years and 5 week bonus i.e. 30 more nights, mentioning it in their approval form.
Major Issues and Fraud:
1. They increased the AMC from 7000 to 8000 within 3 months of membership enrollment without any intimation.
2. Inspite of requesting the GST invoice again and again they have not provided that and I suspect they are not paying GST that is being charged from the consumers which is a criminal offence.
3. They booked a third class room at casa aahana, goa which they said was 4 star hotel, but it was pathetic.
4. When asked for booking for singapore in June 2023, they refused to provide saying that we have no collaboration in singapore. We visited singapore by taking a package for travel from other travel agent.
4. We regularly mailed them to provide us accommodation in dubai, but they insisted on 45 day process saying we cannot provide before 45 days. On telephonic conversation with Mr. Mohan & Mr. Anurag we were told to first book our flights in 2nd week of january 2024 and with in 45 days as per their policy Taj India resort will provide stay in those dates. On 25 November 2023 (45 days before check in date) we mailed them our flight tickets and requested to book our hotels during 10th Jan to 15th Jan 2024. They replied that they have no availabilities during this period. We daily tried and explained our issue on telephone to regional manager Mrs kusum and on email but she started avoiding our calls and they continued to send mail mentioning "no availability"
How can these frauds be trusted.
6. In the latest booking request they kept denying the availability of 6 nights that I requested and on constant follow-up they are just passing the time and that too without breakfast as the option. Again as a malpractice to save on their costs for the service which we have already paid for.
7. And the biggest fraud, when I asked them to book when it will be available they are not giving any dates for future.
I have been cheated and need the refund of entire amount and the company must be banned, their accounts liquidated so that other members can be saved from this suffering and no future citizens go through this trauma.

Fraud Company selling their plans by misguiding on name of Taj Hotels
They are a fraud company and unable to provide the services which they promised. When we are asking for refund, they are denying it.
We purchased their plan last year in November and we have asked for booking from them around 20 times and they have not been able to provide more than 3 star hotel single time.

Mis sale, mis guided sale, fake commitment, force fully sale
Took an membership from Taj India Resorts in an exhibition from Dwarka, at the time of taking this membership the sales team confirmed 3 times that you can cancel this membership any time on a single mail and there is no hidden terms and conditions on cancellation, even they asked me sign on one agreement on that also i asked them that i want to read it first, on that they said its just an formality and you have time to think, dont worry, as if sign on this and kater in if you dont need this you can cancel this membership.
Now i am asking them for cancellation and now they are saying that i have signed on the paper and on that paper it is written that it is non refundable.
I told them that i am not in that situation that i can take this decission on the spot for buying this membership as there are other fues as well which i need to pay on that the sale team said that dont worry sir, you have plenty of time to think and if you dont need then you can cancel this membership also they promised me that we are converting this amount into emi for 12 months from your card and this emi you need to pay from feb 2024 and out of 12 emi 1st emi will be paid by the company and rest 11 emi you have to pay which is also a fake commitment.
Its a totally mis sale with lots of fake commitments and false promises. In short this company is full of cheaters and they are training there employees how to cheat people outside.
Now i am asking them for cancellation and now they are saying that i have signed on the paper and on that paper it is written that it is non refundable.

Took member ship from them and after online research found their negative reviews. Could not trust them, so asking for cancellation of membership and refund. They are denying it and asking to use the amount paid instead....

Forcefully giving wrong plan

On 30/04/23 their representative called us to collect free holiday voucher from HOTEL KC CROSS ROAD Panchkula. There we meet Mr. Aarush (Consultant) and Mr. Manish kumar (Manager) and they started showing there plans for 10 years and their benefits with these plans for that we denied that we won't take it.
After that we were going back then they insisted to take 5 year plan and orally explain all the benefits.We liked the plan because all the benefits are very nice.
They insisted us to make payment on the spot and not given us time to re-think.
We made payment 12500 by UPI
And 92000 by credit card.Then they took our sign without showing us Terms and conditions.
After reaching home we read the kit they given us in which we found Terms and conditions and that says all the benifits they told us are false and nothing is written in agreement that they had promised.
Services can't be forced to take we won't want it now.
After that we were going back then they insisted to take 5 year plan and orally explain all the benefits.We liked the plan because all the benefits are very nice.

Hi, Yesterday i have been called as an invitee in Hotel Hyatt Centric, Janakpuri. They offered me the same for 5 years for Rs.1.25 lac including air tickets for one time. They forced me to take the membership on the spot only otherwise it will be passed for 25 years automatically if not taken at the same time. Me and my husband discussed and we pay only Rs.1000/- anyhow as a token money to book this offer. They provided me few vouchers as a free gift. Now today only i have to pay the rest amount after then they will provide me the agreement papers. I want to read the same but they do not even give me the paper for reading. Now please suggest should i go further to take this membership or leave the same.

1. Hi, my name is Namit Kumar, I had taken the Taj India Resorts company plan with membership ID TIR -1132 on August, 2019 and paid a total amount of Rs 1, 25, 000 with my credit card where they promised the below:
A. Membership plan - 5 Years
B. 2 Air Return tickets in any Asian countries - 3N/4D
C. 30 nights hotel stay (6N/7D stay/year) in Studio level room at any 4 -5 star property as per their website
D. Asked me to pay immediately on the same day to get no AMC benefits which I agreed to pay also
2. That all amount for 5 years plan was charged to me in advance for 30N stays – Rs 1, 25, 000
3. But after paying the full amount, they informed that I have to pay annual maintenance charges also of Rs 8260 every year to take the services
4. During the sales meeting at Hotel Radisson Sec-13, Dwarka, the sales person shows the expensive and premium property but at the time of actual booking they offered only Rs 2000 property only

During the booking process, they started delaying the process and making excuses that the premium properties are not available for now though some one can easily book them just clicking mouse at any freely available site like booking.com and makemytrip.com, even directly from hotel at much lesser price than their AMC
6. On Feb 2022, I tried to contact them to for my booking for Adman Nicobar (2 Return air tickets and 3 nights hotel) where they come up with surprising email that this offer has been expired on my membership
7. I asked them to refund my hard money back but they denied that also
8. I emailed them back to show me this on my documents which they never replied and then stopped to reply my emails and then phone calls
9. There is completely deficiency is service on company part since they have acted in a fraudulent manner
10. The entire arrangement between the company and me was depend upon the quality of services to be provided by them which they never served
11. I started to search about this company and feedback from other members and found that there are so many other members also from Delhi NCR reason to whom this company cheated in the same patter
12. This company is indulging in unfair business practice in total violation of settled principles of law and ethics
13. Because of their shady and scandalous act, I have suffered monetary and mental loss as it has wasted a lot of time in trying to get the bookings done from them.
14. Finally I have decided to go for the legal action as consumer complaint and criminal FIR again these fraud, I have searched more than 40 members so far who have exactly same experience with them and ready to go for joint complaint

8. As per 30nights in our membership, we should get at-least 6N per year. They will denied letting us use those 6N together on single international trip. We can only use 4N in international travel in 1 go.
9. I observed, they do not actually give you "Taj Resorts" for stay anywhere. They has this tie up with some other hotels for this membership.
I feel like so stupid and cheated by Taj India Resorts and lost my money and interest in this scheme. I would highly recommend to all people, not to go for this.

The services and customer support of TIR is really poor and everytime we are asked to change our dates due to non availability. Reasons are same everytime that due to holidays season / lots of bookings they don't have any availability.
This is exactly contrary to their sales pitch.
The customer Support is alos poor and most of the times just delay the process without any results.
Many a times they won't even listen to customers and hang up.

Yesterday i attended their presentation in Delhi Hotel LA. I didn't know about these all at first because they called me and invited me and my wife just to collect our gift voucher for 3N/4D stay in their hotels. But they started selling their membership. First, they asked me about what I do and which car I own (so they sell their service according to that) then they offered 3 memberships.
1. 12 years for 195000 after discount 185000
2. 5 years for 115000 and then when I didn't convince
3. 3 years for 60000
but I have to decide it right there and they started forcing me so I also started feeling uncomfortable so I asked for their website and there I found so many things which I found fishy and then I decided not to buy it and this was my best decision.

Lack of service and fraud
FRAUD Alert!
One of the biggest mistakes to avail their membership thinking they would help me ease the burden of travel.
Every time I have to book, they always ask for flexibility of dates and places even during off-season. During tourist season, they would flatly deny any availability and just keep requesting to share different dates. Even if offered, they would offer 3- star properties (usually pricing less than 2, 000) despite promising 4 or 5-star properties when availing the membership.
They also talk about overseas hotels and while website shows countries across the globe, they only offer it in handful of South Asian countries such as Thailand, Indonesia and so on.
I also faced this issue where they gave me a voucher for return flight for a me and my wife including 3N/4D (a big reason for me to take membership) but when I wanted to avail it, they said there is no availability anywhere in India except for one singly city - Bangalore. When I complained this to their Delhi branch head Gaurav Gupta, he offered to extend the voucher given they were not able to fulfill. Now that I tried availing the voucher again, they told me the voucher has expired and they don't know of any promise by Gaurav (my mistake of not getting this over a mail).
Please be aware when taking their membership as they will keep fooling you and you will feel more frustrated than happy while also losing your money.

Fraud done no service provided as promised
I took a membership of 2lacs for 10years and specifically asked them to give complete 60 nights in Australia which their owner gaurav Gupta agreed to gave in writing, signed and stamped to which I got an email last night stating that they can only offer me 6-12 nights max, i asked specifically for a couple of hotels in Gurugram (Leela or Westin) and again and again they are even lingering that on stating that they wish to provide that for 5 nights please specify the dates so that we can look for the appropriate hotels for you( which actually means is that they will look for the cheapest possible hotels even if it's in manesar or near manesar instead of Gurgaon or what i asked for.
They have even mentioned stating that they paid 6000/night for the umrao ( the free stay voucher which was for everyone even if you don't take their membership) where as i have the proof stating that their owner gaurav Gupta who booked it via yatra.com paid a total of around Rs 7000/- for 3N
We have been asking for the complete refund of 2 lacs for a long time as they ain't able to provide anything after our repetitve emails from the past 16 months.
ALL I WANT NOW IS MY COMPLETE REFUND ALONG WITH THE INTEREST LOST ON THE MONEY, MENTAL TRAUMA, PANIC ATTACKS I HAVE GOT SINCE THEN AS WELL AS THE COMPENSATION FOR THE BLOOD PRESSURE INCREASE.

Make sure to visit the places where these cheats and frauds are promoting and trying to cheat more and more people so that atleast u can save others and definitely go for filing a complaint as that would put some pressure on them and don't forget to put it everywhere about them ..how to cheat ...who is a fraud...as it's not just gaurav Gupta or Aftab or Ravi ...it's even the new ones who are cheating

Kindly don't believe anyone till the time it's actually been taken care of to yourself.
Just visit their offices in Noida or delhi whichever feasible and put a message everywhere online so that the rest of the people can do the same.
Put your grievances everywhere on the social media so that no one is fooled by them and the people who are stuck with them can do the same.

2. That all amount for 5 years plan was charged to me in advance for 30N stays – Rs 1, 25, 000
3. But after paying the full amount, they informed that I have to pay annual maintenance charges also of Rs 8260 every year to take the services
4. During the sales meeting at Hotel Radisson Sec-13, Dwarka, the sales person shows the expensive and premium property but at the time of actual booking they offered only Rs 2000 property only
5. During the booking process, they started delaying the process and making excuses that the premium properties are not available for now though some one can easily book them just clicking mouse at any freely available site like booking.com and makemytrip.com, even directly from hotel at much lesser price than their AMC
6. On Feb 2022, I tried to contact them to for my booking for Adman Nicobar (2 Return air tickets and 3 nights hotel) where they come up with surprising email that this offer has been expired on my membership
7. I asked them to refund my hard money back but they denied that also
8. I emailed them back to show me this on my documents which they never replied and then stopped to reply my emails and then phone calls
9. There is completely deficiency is service on company part since they have acted in a fraudulent manner
10. The entire arrangement between the company and me was depend upon the quality of services to be provided by them which they never served
11. I started to search about this company and feedback from other members and found that there are so many other members also from Delhi NCR reason to whom this company cheated in the same patter
12. This company is indulging in unfair business practice in total violation of settled principles of law and ethics
13. Because of their shady and scandalous act, I have suffered monetary and mental loss as it has wasted a lot of time in trying to get the bookings done from them.
14. Finally I have decided to go for the legal action as consumer complaint and criminal FIR again these fraud, I have searched more than 40 members so far who have exactly same experience with them and ready to go for joint complaint

I took a 5 year membership of Taj India Resorts (Royal Taj India Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) in August 2021 with membership ID (TIR - 2490) after paying 2 lacs and INR 7, 000 per year as AMC.
