I am writing to demand a full refund from Taj India Resorts due to their deceptive practices and failure to fulfill promised benefits.
After being contacted by Taj India Resorts and attending their event, my family and I were enticed with the promise of winning free room nights to stay at their hotels. We were persuaded to agree to their schemes, which included the assurance of receiving 18 free room nights annually for 5 years.
Despite our agreement and numerous attempts to utilize this offer, we have encountered nothing but obstacles and excuses when trying to book a room. Additionally, we have been asked to pay additional fees, which were not part of the initial agreement.
This breach of trust and failure to deliver on their promises is completely unacceptable. Therefore, I demand an immediate refund of any payments made to Taj India Resorts, as well as compensation for the time and inconvenience endured.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Failure to do so will result in further action being taken.
