Taj India Resorts — Fraud company and people no service provided d promise done by Gaurav Gupta himself

I took a 10 year membership of Taj India Resorts (Royal Taj India Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) in marcht 2021 with membership ID (TIR - 2138) after paying 2 lacs and INR 7, 000 per year as AMC.

Inclusions:
6N/7D holidays per year anywhere in the world with 4 and 5 star properties. 2 Adults and 2 Kids with breakfast as the standard option for all holiday nights.
5N/6D hotel stay anywhere in Asia along with 2 return tickets.
3N/4D free hotel stay in India which is for everyone who takes or don't take their memberships.

Major Issues and Fraud:
1. They increased the AMC from 7000 to 8000 within 3 months of membership enrollment without any intimation.
2. Inspite of requesting the GST invoice again and again they have not provided that and I suspect they are not paying GST that is being charged from the consumers which is a criminal offence.
3. They booked a Non-AC room and even underpaid.
4. When asked for booking under DAE they were asking to pay USD 200 for even cheap property options which was supposed to be for high end properties making it totally unviable to use.
5. In the latest booking request they kept denying the availability of 6 nights that I requested and on constant follow-up are offering me the amounts which aint even half of the actual cost involved in me doing the same bookings and that too without breakfast as the option. Again as a malpractice to save on their costs for the service which we have already paid for.
6. And the biggest fraud, when I asked them to book an international holiday as part of my joining package (3N/4D hotel stay + 2 return flights anywhere in Asia) they are now denying the availability of flight vouchers which is now equivalent to almost INR 85000 based on which I purchased this membership in the first place.

I have been cheated and need the refund of entire amount and the company must be banned, their accounts liquidated so that other members can be saved from this suffering and no future citizens go through this trauma.

ananyasharma9301 25th of jun 2022please please please for gods sakes contact consumer court on 14404 and mention all ur grievances everywhere online as well as verbally rather than cribbing about what they have done, take some actions against them so that you can get your money back i visited their office recently and have called the local police out there so that they can be taken care of nicely, to which they said that no one ever called police at their office?? people do you really need your money back from these cheaters or not?? if yes, then kindly take some actions file a complaint with consumer forum against taj india resorts and mention everything on the social media about your membership and the issue. Please dont let them cheat you and get away this easily. Punish them and let the indian law punish them so that they dont fool anyone else.
I took a 10 year membership of Taj India Resorts (Royal Taj India Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) on 26 December 2021 with membership ID (TIR - 3024) after paying 1 lacs 50 thousand and INR 7, 000 per year as AMC.

Inclusions:
6N/7D holidays per year anywhere in the world with 4 and 5 star properties. 2 Adults and 2 Kids with breakfast as the standard option for all holiday nights.
They promised to give 60 nights in 10 years and 5 week bonus i.e. 30 more nights, mentioning it in their approval form.

Major Issues and Fraud:
1. They increased the AMC from 7000 to 8000 within 3 months of membership enrollment without any intimation.
2. Inspite of requesting the GST invoice again and again they have not provided that and I suspect they are not paying GST that is being charged from the consumers which is a criminal offence.
3. They booked a third class room at casa aahana, goa which they said was 4 star hotel, but it was pathetic.
4. When asked for booking for singapore in June 2023, they refused to provide saying that we have no collaboration in singapore. We visited singapore by taking a package for travel from other travel agent.

4. We regularly mailed them to provide us accommodation in dubai, but they insisted on 45 day process saying we cannot provide before 45 days. On telephonic conversation with Mr. Mohan & Mr. Anurag we were told to first book our flights in 2nd week of january 2024 and with in 45 days as per their policy Taj India resort will provide stay in those dates. On 25 November 2023 (45 days before check in date) we mailed them our flight tickets and requested to book our hotels during 10th Jan to 15th Jan 2024. They replied that they have no availabilities during this period. We daily tried and explained our issue on telephone to regional manager Mrs kusum and on email but she started avoiding our calls and they continued to send mail mentioning "no availability"
How can these frauds be trusted.
