Same experience I am also handling especially with unprofessional staff sitting there - Mr. Anurag. Got to know they experiencing heavy legal complain from many persons and from Taj Hotel as well last year around Oct/ Nov and owners were missing and started new firm. These guys are very unprofessional and better to put the complain with local authorities.

Same thing I am also facing. I just mailed them for booking and didn't get any reply. Then I tried calling them and getting service unavailable. Also tried their website and that is also coming unavailable now. Means they scammed us. We should do something but we don't have much information regarding them. What we can do.
