I recently got upgraded from a HDFC platinum to a Regalia card which is one of the topmost cards available with HDFC and has a tie up with the Taj Group.
One of the benefits was a Gold membership with TAJ Innercircle and several vouchers for free lunches and discounted stay at the Taj.
Been more than 2 months now that I have been following up with HDFC but my Taj membership card and vouchers have not reached me.
Have called their customer care center and spoken with several floor supervisors and all keep assuring that they will look into it and ensure I get my package.
Have even complained to Taj Innercircle but still no assistance from any of them.
