I had booked the stay for my family vide reservation number 75765sb037127 and 75765sb037645. I was been promised with the festive offer and nothing was delivered to me as promised in the email. Infact on the day of check out ie 2nd january 2019 i had asked them why things were not delivered as promised in email through booking and i asked for my full refund for the stay but they said since i had paid advance for the room they could not refund not only that the staff for my 5 day stay was extremely rude to my kid and family.
Staying in taj was a horrendous experience and a nightmare which thankfully ended today
How can taj charge me for what services which they have not given to me. I need my full refund of my stay and the hotel staff knows about it.
Let me know how can i escalate the whole matter that it reaches to mr ratan tata so that he know what is going in his property and how customers are getting humiliated Was this information helpful? |
