Please Note that as per your complaint; We have checked your query; and it is conformed that you are lying for some agenda which is outside scope of our understanding.

Bauam Brothers Trading Est, Trading company located in R.O.Yemen, - We Submit the Evidence as follows which proves that your are not telling the trust.

We submit the Primary Evidence of SHIPMENT; i.e. Airway Bill which clearly states that Shipment is sent to you and you are in receipt of goods.

We also submit the evidence of online tracking of Air Cargo by Yemen Airline.

We are an honest company and doing honest work; You are clearly deluded and believe that putting up fake complaints will get you any agency of Taj? We surely confirm that this act; even if you had any chance of getting any sub agency; by this act you are only going to prove yourself.

We very well understand that YEMEN is under War Conditions and it may be very hard for good people of Yemen to do any business; However, this does not mean that after 4 years; you come back with fake complaint to ask for money for which you have already taken goods.

By this act; your intentions are clearly known now; and we do not wish to give you any agency and we are happy that; your kind of company was never chosen to work with on full time.

The above act of defame will not work; We are attaching the evidence and will request any one on this forum to have a look at attached.

It is against the privacy policy of our company; However, since this company is putting up fake complaint; We have no choice to not upload some docs to show our side.

Rest assure; any person interested may seek the truth by investing few minutes.

We also submit the e-mail whereby in 2014; you seemed fine and sending us greetings; We mean to say what company would in right scenes send you greetings on regular basis; and then also have above agenda as stated.

On Summary:
1) You have Airway Bill that you are in receipt of goods.
2) We have e-mail confirmation of receipt of goods from you dated 2013.
3) We have Yemen Air Cargo still showing tracking details of your cargo? which itself is a third party Web Tracking info to prove you are lying / and your wrong claim.
4) 2014; We have submit the evidence of your greetings to us; which in some ways proves that after one year of your shipment; you still had no agenda.

We pass our sincere apologies if due to war conditions you might be going through any situations in your country which may have lead to wring such things about us; and wrong claims; We welcome any approach for medicine donations to legitimate organisations / relief cams which might be active in your country.

If you have any more questions or query; We are here to answer and put up; all your e-mails which will lead to further embarrassment and will fetch you no good; and shall be highly unprofessional for any one.
