[Resolved] Taj Pharmaceuticals — I pay for a product taj issued a po and never got the product

Taj excepted an order from our company i have many supporting emails from several of the key principles in the company related to the order. We supplied them with all the necessary documents and licenses and they approved the purchase and issued a invoice of which i have attached. We transferred the funds an waited for the consignment to ship. Time passed and there was suddenly nothing to be heard from taj or our contacts. Several months passed and with no luck we started to release they had people inside committing fraud. We have continued to reach out to retrieve our money by spending additional money on lawyers with no luck. We still want this money and hope that the fraudsters have been purged from the company and would like resolve. I can be reached at [protected]@icloud.com marc k thank you

Your Invoice is Fake without any stamp; This signature is also not belong to our company. It seems that you do not have a valid invoice and any commercial dealing.

It is duly Note that your Purchase Order Signature and Invoice signature is same; While means that you have yourself created this fake invoice and claim by forging this document. We take these claims very seriously.

A Proper company seal is also not present on the invoice; No payment evidence is provided; which confirms that this is a fake claim.

We will ensure that you are caught; So share your Full Name, Company Name, Where you are located with Phone Numbers; to be reached for validity.

We will highly appreciate if such fake claims/ spam e-mails are not created.

Updated by Marc Kollowicz I was assisting the buyer since they did only speak Russian it has been years now and i still am helping the company you defrauded. Those invoices were issued by your company obviously with more fraudulent intentions. I have hundreds of authentic emails from TAJ and i am attaching the bank wire information with the TAJ account info that you can try dispute all you want because I am not a liar and thieves like you are and you can dispute all you want but I will take all this and present it to my Mumbai attorney to then forward to the HIGH COURT hearing these specific cases about Taj and we will file for the amount and file for all damages and legal fees. As you see from all the forum complaints...we are one of many and you are thieves
