Singh (Ranvir kumar bindeshwari singh), and his children namelypriyanka singh, abhishek ranvir singh, shantanu kumar singh please do not deal with these people, these people are master fraudsters, they have looted many people. Their modus opendi is that they will order goods or services from you and then they will not make payment to you. If you raise you voice then they will file false police case against you. They are planned cheaters and they have looted many innocent people. They have full proof plans to cheat innocent people. They have also cheated me. They are experts in making fake and forged documents. Please do not do business with them. They will never pay you and if you ask for payment then they will threaten to file police complainant against you in false case. They took my office on rent and then they did not paid rent for 5 years and then they made fake and forged sale deed of my office. Many inncocent person have came to me searching for them. They order medicines and pharmaceutials from many suppliers all over india, and their cheques get bounced. They are big cheaters. And chanda chari for offence punishable under section 499, 500 of
Ipc and for the offence under section 67 and 72 of the information
Technology act. Statement accepted.

3.in view of the statement, the grievance of the petitioner at this
Stage no more survives. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
