TalkCharge — Bill payment failed again and again and Talkcharge charged me 20% convenience charges on bill payment

Here Talkcharge app last 2-3 months charge 20% convenience charge per bill payment transaction and now transaction failed again and again my 74000 thousand rupees stuck on Talkcharge app I unable to used on recharge properly . Here I try Jio recharge last 3 days but On Talkcharge app shows error message Jio server down finally i done transaction on Amazon app within few seconds then why Talkcharge app failed recharge again and again please help me
