From February 17th, I am unable ro pay my water bill/mobile recharges despite trying several times. All payments fail. Only add money works always. They dont lift the phone and have a fixed set of answers. They started charging convenience fee of 20% on bill value. Later on I purchased something called as priority pass which said NO Recharge & Bill Payment Updation & Failure Issue (Your TC Account will be mapped with Premium API Provider). Access to Dedicated Priority Customer Support. Once I made the payment of 6000, nothing changed. Whwn i try to make a payment, convenience fee was being added. Finally after a week, the fee was removed but when I tried to pay a bill/recharge, it kwpt failing multiple times. I request cyber crime/RBI or concerned authorities to take action/jail them for financial fraud to all Talkcharge customers who put faith in thwm by putting large sums of money in the company Was this information helpful? |
