I did two electricity bill payments (Order IDs - TC[protected] and TC[protected]. They were showing successful in Talkcharge but weren't even reflecting in the Electricity provider's website.
After 5 days, I got a message from Talkcharge saying that the payments were unsuccessful and money was refunded to my account.
I tried again and now it's stuck in the same way - successful in Talkcharge but not reflecting in provider's website.
Also, their whatsapp responses are very very slow nowadays.
After waiting for hours for their reply, they told me to try paying again. I did so and now that is also stuck in same situation (order ids -TC[protected], TC[protected] and TC[protected].
They say that it's the provider's fault. But other bills which I paid at the same time with same provider through Talkcharge got processed.
Please help me out as my due date is fast approaching and I don't know whether my money will be paid or refunded. Was this information helpful? |
