My order no. - TC[protected] dated[protected].17P.M. They have charged rs. 3531 from my credit card for my idea bill payment. However they have not completed transaction with idea and their website says payment pending. After 4 e-mails..Only first one got answered that i shall recieve my money back. 2 Weeks gone no refund yet...Please help me get my money back
