TalkCharge — Money had been debited from account but no recharge confirmation message and responsibility of customer services | |||||
Sir, On may-2 made a transaction of 408/- recharge for jio service through talkcharge platform. But didn't received transaction confirmation message from jio network and money had been debited form bank account. From may-4 had been trying to understand the reason why it happened by contacting talkcharge customer care through mail services (Because they don't have even customer care contact number) but not even a reply from them which will be helpful. It had been past 10 days of recharge money had been debited but no response from talkcharge regarding this technical problem. I hope to get money refund if you consider to help us with these type of problems. Transaction id - tc[protected]. Transaction mobile no - [protected] (Jio network) Transaction amount - 408.
