TalkCharge — Order showing successful but biller not received the payment

I have paid a bill of DJB on Talkcharge app vide order id TC[protected] on 16th of December 2022. Talkcharge claimed the bill payment was successful, however the bill kept showing as pending. When I contacted with DJB, they denied receiving the payment. Request you to resolve this issue.
