TalkCharge — Recharge was not done but amount is 2 times debited from my bank account

Respected sir/madam,

Very good afternoon..

Dated:13-jun-2017
I tried to recharge my jio number 1st time recharge failed.
And second time also failed..in talkcharge.com
Then i was checked my bank account..
Amount 408+408 = rupees 816/- is debited from my account.
That rs.816/- are not refunded to my account..

Please resolve my issue as quickly as possible..
