TalkCharge — Refund the amount in my bank which is deducted by talkcharge

I have installed the talkcharge mobile wallet app and I make a mobile recharge of Rs. 50. I also applied a promo code while payment. After the payment, it says that the payment is pending, but the recharge amount ₹50 is deducted from my bank account. Also the recharge does not done. I want to refund my money. I also provided a screenshot of the transactions of talkcharge with order ID. Please take some action on my complaint.
