I have made a payment Yesterday by a net Banking for a renewal of license "[protected]"
Payment had completed but invoice was not received and license not activated . After We are from 3rd Aug (10:35 AM) continuously requesting by mails and calls chasing for the Problem . Quiet unhappily have to share that no one is looking to this matter neither through written mails nor on phone calls.
Firstly the executive waste my time of yesterday by saying do this do that, then said today within 30 m you will get the call from Higher department. Still I did't received any call since morning.
