Tally. Erp 9 — very poor support | |||
Dear tally team, In the era of fastest support procedure, we are getting very poor support from your end. We had two tally license one is for multi user and other one is single user. As a brand of tally we didn’t expect this type of support from you. Since last two months its very tuff to contact tally support team, if somehow we connect to them then they will take too much time via phone, and after then our query not resolved and said technical team will contact us for further support and we are waiting for your call. After waiting long time we didn’t get any call from your end and again we have to call to remind and again happen same thing. And for your info sometime your support person unable to said their name even sometime they disconnected the call. Now we are fed up with support process of tally. Hence we wrote this mail and expect that you will support us asap and improve your support process. We are using other software also and they give us very quick support via online and offline both. I used tally erp 9 6.2 in educational mode.when i enable gst in tally. it does not enable set/alter gst option .your tally software updated version is not good for gst.please look at this matter because tally is used in all over india very much
