A tally licence has been issued on my email which i have never been applied for, i was applying for the tally prime licence through my email but showing that a licence has already been issued on your mail.
please cancel that licence so that i can apply for tally prime licence.

Different different executive talk to us but no one can able to resolve the error. We are faceing financial problems due to data. So you are requested to resolve it soon and make us able to regulate our daily basic work.

Your Dibrugarh (Assam)-786001 Tally Partner is giving any sort of for running Tally Prime on Client server. I have installed and run the software myself after learning on youtube. What for he is taking commision from Tally. We never got any support. It is better to sell your products directly to the customers.

I am a citizen of Nepal.A person in Nepal is selling Tally ERP saying that its genuine and takes annual charge for its maintenance and this year when your new product Prime came into market we came to know that the tally he is selling is fake.
I can provide all the details of that person but the only condition is that my name should not come in any place.
He have sold many tally in our region and now many people are saying that tally is not a good software as the agents are not good at all.

Channel Partner you have assigned to us M/S Tirupati Tally Solutions Pune have used all his personal contact details into our tally licensed product. And also not giving basic service. When asked for service he told us to pay AMC, which he never before communicated about. Wery unprofessional behaviour of Tally Channel Partner.

I was purchased this license in 2011-12 through your tally partner Delhi and make the payment through cheque, They have issued me the invoice and maintion my name and address along with ID and mobile no. Now they have changed the details of IDs, I don't know who is this.

I had purchase tally erp 9 software on 29th june 2020 from retail shop in velachery . I had kept tally vault password when we open a tally screen at first time, and i had forgotten that password, i request you to update what can be done about that because all my office data are logged in that and i am not able to log in further without entering tally vault password .Request you to help in that .

Is t here an option or detail report to view net profit after gst and transport charges calculated or applied on each product?
Please advice how

Just to be clear, gst amount is included and part of purchase invoice where as transport charges are separate invoice i. E not included
In the purchase invoice as it receives from trasport services.

How do i link transport charges (Invoice) with corresponding purchase invoice to find out exact net profit of individual product after
Gst and transport charges? Pls advice as its very urgent to avoid rework, due to number of entries already entered in the tally software.

At the end of the financial year[protected], the sales account also includes the amount of sales bills pending (Sales bills to make - goods delivered but bills not made) thus providing a wrong picture of gross profit & net profit.in effect we were viewing an incorrect profit & loss account. The tracking numbers are enabled in delivery notes.

After spending two days with tally support, we were asked to change the tracking number on the pending delivery notes to 'not applicable'. As a result, the sales account corrected but the value of closing stock remained unchanged whilst in actual fact it should have increased to include the cost of stock delivered but not billed.

Furthermore, after doing the above, changing to the current financial year[protected] we were unable to track the delivery notes in the 'sales bills to make' and raise the requisite sales invoice.

We were eventually told that they have taken note of the issue and that it would be resolved in their future releases.

The question here is that the basic fundamentals of accounting are lost!!!

This is to inform you that, we m/s warmex home appliances pvt ltd using tally erp 9 series a release 6.4.8. But from one month we are facing issues in remote user id at the time of any invoice opening and printing. It seems very slow at the time of invoice printing, it takes aroung half hour for single invoice printing.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I buy tally on 30th jun 2018, i am facing issue to create inventory with imei number. Till date they are not able to resolve my issue and they denied for offline support. I paid 22k for the software licence. Again the asking for visiting charge. I request them it initial level one time i require support. Still they denied.

Also they require charges for fulfill my requirement

I think they are only interested in sells not in services
