Taluk Office — Ration card mutation request pending for a long

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have requested for address change in ration card on March 27th 2021. details below.
But I didn't receive any confirmation or any other response on the same.
now we could not afford to the CM's covid fund 2000rs as we don't have ration card with the chennai address.

could you please have a look and help us to get it changed.
