Cheated with the incorrect package Cheated with wrong information Manager misbehaved. Incorrect hidden package was given Vallabh had given me gold package with gold package pt which i had not asked for. According to me i had titaniumpt... I have firstly cheated here 2) vallabh mentioned that 7500 charges were for dietician, where else the other manager mentioned that it was complimentary. He also told me that payment can be made in 2 slots.. So there was no delay in the payment 3) dietician wasn't aware of the package... 2 weeks were wasted by the dietician to know that i have joined gym and start with the plan. 4) dietician was never available during my working hours... If the package was given to me then why was it not told to me that there is no dietician during my workout time??? This was also hidden to me.. Ms. Madudhura who was appointment as my dietician was available only during the morning hours where as i use to come in the evening from the first day itself.. 5) ms madhura had asked me to contact her on whatsapp as she is not available in person... If this is the case then i could have downloaded any application on the phone and have an dietician free of cost. 6) payment was not delayed from my side. Gautam the trainer incharge had told me that they will not deposit the cheque till the time i am not satisfied with the services. 7) sofiya the receptionist forced me back to join the gym when i had already left. She also mentioned that 7500 will be adjusted against another person's membership that never happened... She said off the records i can get 1 person at the gym for 6 months but not to tell anyone about this. 8) she happily adjusted my package again when i had asked her to reduce the membership for 6+2 month along with pt and she returned the cheque of 18k back to me. I had not come to gym for 2 weeks sofiya said she will adjust that and give me additional session (All this conversation had happened in front of ganesh) 9) i spoke to sofiya to discontinue the gym she said that i will get the refund... She will call in some time. But till now i didn't receive any call from here. I hearby ask you to refund the money back as i am dissatisfied with the services. All the miscommunication and misleading in which i have not got any response from the manager He misbehaved with me on the call today. Also 2 he had misbehaved, raised his voice and argues in a bad manner with me. I will raise a separate complaint against him.. When asked for the higher managements details he denied to give. Such people should not be working there. Hence request you to take an action against him Also i am not comfortable with him around in the gym. Was this information helpful? | |||
