I joined talwalkars gym in ranchi Jharkhand along with my 2 friends. Took a complete one 6 month membership by paying rs. 7000/- each

However since sep 1 until now the gym is closed. They put up a notice saying the gym is under maintenance. However there is no maintenance going on and today when i went to check even the notice has been removed and they are not even receiving calls.

I’m Dr.Rasika Hattewar, I had joined your Ajni branch of Nagpur from 1st March. I paid 12000 Rs for 8 (6+2) months and 32000 rs for level 2 personal trainer for 3 months. I could do the gym for 1 month. In March end I found out that I’m pregnant and I can’t continue the functional training. Also there is no yoga facility at this gym. So I asked them whether I can extend my membership as I’m pregnant and I will continue it next year...

I have paid fees for Gym membership for the term March 2020 to March 2021 for their Kalwa branch the Gym without any intimation has closed the shutters and left the premises there was no formal communication.

Misbehavior of trainer and his wife with clients. Then told to his husband (Trainer) do not allow any ladies client for personal training...and both are behaving irrelevant comments in gym....

My mother enrolled in the gym and paid annual fees for membership and personal trainer too which sums up around Rs.100000 . But with the beginning of covid situation in June 2020, they never opened it and not did ever reverted to any of the phone calls or mails. And now even the gym has been permanently closed. Was working with Talwalkars gym from last 10yrs but from September 2019 till February 2020 have not received salary Inspite of informing to upper management....

We paid amount Rs.17720 on Feb 28th, 2021 through phone pe to a Trainer (Arun) (Talwalkars Gym, Kakinada) for (1 month Personal training & 3 month membership) we didn't receive bill yet, and also we have a doubt that paid amount is correct or that trainer cheated us with wrong figure

PT only given 13 days during the month of March, 2021 & April month no PT training given, does PT training only for alternate days?? It's a cheating,...

I have paid for membership; personal training; nutrition; massage at Kalyan West Branch Khadakpada in Mumbai. There’s no way to contact the gym manager and the gym is completely shut. Kindly get me access to the gym or refund against the same as the entire membership haven’t been used....

This is to inform that i was in mira road gym talwakar and paid the yearly fees for the same and gone gym for one and a half month and gym was closed due to rental issue and was that the money will be refunded but still not refunded

As most of the gyms have opened up with all safety precautions we were under the impression that Talwalkars would be resuming the normal operations however there is no such update and neither have they responded on refunding the amount that was paid for availing its services.

After lock down instead of opening gym and instead of informing members, they simply sold gym to some other company. I lost my 6 months money which was hefty amount. They didn't even bother to discuss situation with members....

I am Atin Ambure from Solapur. I used to go to gym at talwalkars fitness centre. But after completion of lockdown they haven't opened gym nor they have given any intimation of when they will start or refunding of the money. Now it will be around a year they have not given any intimation regarding the opening to any of its customers.
Kindly take strict action against this and do allow them to refund the money...
