[Resolved]  Talwalkars — FRAUD THROUGH FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME

I Mr. Tanmay Buch, a resident of Vadodara, Gujarat and my younger Brother Mr. Udit Buch, we both enrolled under Fixed Deposit scheme offered by Talwalkars Gymnasium, Akota Branch, Vadodara. Under this scheme they offered to pay INR 15000 per person as fixed deposit for one year which would be returned at the end of 1 year. We paid INR 30000 for both o[censored]s. Also got receipt for the same. The date on which we registered ourselves was October 19, 2012. Today it December 9, 2014. So far we haven't received back our money after several requests and reminders. Hence we seek your help in this issue. We have all the supporting documents and bill and also mail from GM Finance of Talwalkars gym that we would get back the money paid. Kindly help in this regard.
