Iam ( MID: 9259365 ) writing to complain about the poor service that was rendered to me at your Ulsoor Centre on Sept 9th 2017 at 11.45 AM. I had booked the 12 to 1 PM slot 1 week in advance but I had to wait for an hour at the centre as multiple bookings were done. Mine is not the only instance, same problem was faced by other members which I have witnessed at your Ulsoor centre during the waiting. At the time of Joining I had expressed my inability to avail the services on work days & had requested them to accommodate me during the weekends for 11am slot as I need to have the massages regularly for health Issues. But in the 3 months period I could manage to get only 8 slots. Further, to make matters worse, yesterday I had to request to switch on the steam bath post massage. The towels provided are worn / torn and unhygienic. I insisted for speaking to someone at Head Office and asked for Contact no.for complaining then and there but they failed to provide till 5.20 PM inspite of my waiting at your Centre. The manager is not available at the centre and I had sought his interference once previously too. The Members are at the mercy of your front office staff. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated this way and believe you should be made aware of the happenings at your centre. There is an urgent and an immediate need for an App based booking of slots as in other Fitness centre to avoid manual interference. Its been a week and none of you is bothered to respond to the complaints of the members. This shows the indifferent attitude of the company in servicing of its Members - disgusting, pathetic !! I trust that this is not the way that TALWALKARS does business and that my concern will be addressed along with necessary actions to avoid occurrence of such incident to other Members thereby harming the reputation of the Organisation.
