To, The head manager, Talwalkars, Mumbai. Respected sir /madame ‘, This is to bring it your notice that i, bisu das, a member of your gym since last 3 years, have faced certain inconvenience and inappropriate behaviour by the management of your firm operating in the ballygunj branch, kolkata. The incident took place on 15 th of november, 2016. I had gone to further enroll and renew my membership expiring on the same date. On discussion, i was alleged that i am providing certain members with personal training and the present trainers are unhappy with the conduct. I would like to bring to your notice tgat we are four friends who share our information on new exercises and try them at gym. This information is not available by me personally but the other members through instagram and other sources are sharing and are trying together. Am extremely dissapointed at the said behaviour of the management. I would request you to please provide me a solution so that i can further renew my membership. I would also request you to kindly refer the case with the following members on basis of who the complaint has been made, for better clarification on the matter. I am a personal trainer by my profession and i feel it was a very unprofessional and biased attitude of the management towards me. Hoping for a justified solution to my current situation.
