Respected sir,
This is in reference to my last complaint letter which i wrote to you on... As a grievant customer i expected the management to respond at the earliest. I was promised that the loss of my shoes will be closely enquired but i wasn't given any follow up on any such enquiry.
Post the unsatisfactory service and response by your management i tried to talk to the gym management myself and was appalled to note that the management tried to bribe me and i was stringently asked not to write any more complaint letters to the authorities, also they have accepted the theft and are forcing me to settle.
The attitude and behavior of with which the gym management mr. Parmesh and ganshyam responded was insulting, and to my perplexment i fail to understand as to how is such a brand like talwarkar hiring such unprofessional and unscrupulous employees, who would settle a customers grievance by bribing them.
What happened was a clear act of theft and if the management cannot compensate fairly for a grievant customer who has been a member of the gym for a couple of years now, then its only indictive to the incompetence of the management and the authorities shadowed under the brand name of talwarkar.
My experience with your services has been autrocious, however i still look forward to the authorities to fairly compensate and respond to my letter at the earliest.
Ps: management kept saying that there is no use of further mailing, everything is under our control, this is the last time i am mailing you, if i don’t get a proper response, legal action shall be taken in consumer court. @talwarkars as raonagar.
