Talwalkars Fitness Solution — Refund for untimely closure

I had taken yearly membership (by paying Rs.18000) of Talwalkars Beleghata branch in the month of November 15th, 2019. Further, due to COVID-19 the gym was closed from March 13 th. Now as per the new guidelines the gym has been opened in the my state from August 2020. However, when I tried calling them or e-mailing there was no response from them and it was mostly out of service. Today I visited the complex where the gym is located. It was completely shut down, nobody was there, on further research i came to know that it is now permanently closed. No refund has been provided.. no renewal has been done. No prior notice was given. I should be receiving a total refund of 12750 rupees.
