Talwalkars Fitness Solution — refund not given no any feedback

I'm madhura kawle member of talwalkar gym dombivli east branch. The gym is suddenly closed before six months not given any kind of intimation. They told us to repay back the refund fees. But from six months not paid the refund fees nor giving feedback by email and not connecting their contact. They discontinued their cell phones. Where to contact? They cheated us. Please help to refund fees as soon as possible.
