I am a very old customer of yours and recently as part of renewal ...I paid as per below
transaction using my Citibank credit card
Rs. 9, 000.00 spent on card 6871 on 25-JAN-20 at TALWALKARS B.V.F. LT. Limit

So far the centre at Alwarpet is not opened and no refund was provided,

Can you let me know what is your plan now ?
